The location was excellent, and the place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. When we encountered an issue with the hot water, it was very easy to reach the support team, and the problem was resolved right away.
The windows are not modernized, and at night the outside noise can be disturbing.

The apartment is spacious for a family of 5, comfortable , and renovated. Great location but noisy at night . The service from Mamo group is excellent. I will definitely return.
We liked everything.

A comfortable apartment to return to after a day of sightseeing and enjoying everything Florence has to offer. Walking distance to most of the attractions and good places to eat. A well equipped kitchen for cooking a meal, and plenty of room to sit back in comfortable lounge chairs afterwards. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Florence.
There was some noise from neighborhood bars and restaurants, but that didn’t interfere with our sleep.
