Everything , cleanliness , service , no TV

Nothing actually, the advertisement is a wrong presentation of the hotel. The hotel lacks amenities, features like sofa, kettle, are highly exaggerated. Photo does not do justice to the actual place. Had to ask staffs to make TV work for 6times and almost wait a day for it to work, no one bothered to empty the waste bin, or even collect the used plates provided with breakfast for the entire 3days stay. No bother to clean or make beds even. Overall if 1 wants to have a quick day stay, may be one can adjust. But otherwise, it’s not worth it.

Location of hotel to my work, nothing else except this

Firstly the hotel staff were rude and very clearly denied the amenities they have promised in the website, would never suggest others, I requested kettle to heat the water for my baby and found dead cockroaches in it, towels and all the other things were not good, this is a genuine review, I'm writing all this so that others don't suffer

the telephone was not working, AC was not working, washroom was not clan , Tav was not recharged,

I don't like the property because the times are not clean and there were cockroaches

Dirty hotel lobby.. disgusting rooms with cockroaches on the bed and the entire room.. washrooms were dirty

Right from breakfast spread to staff courtesy, big spacious rooms to room service to helping with pick up/ drop arrangements everything perfect. Great place to stay.

The hotel was not clean. There were cockroaches everywhere in the hotel. There was no quick response as well from the staff.
