We had a wonderful time, beautiful place, clean. Big TVs in the rooms. Great poolside bar, chair service. Hot tub wasn’t working but pool was well heated. Would definitely stay again.

This condo has amazing views, convenient location, steps from the pool and beach, we’d stay again in a heartbeat.Chase was very responsive and easy to reach. Every question and issue was answered and resolved quickly. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean (we’ve been in some rentals that you don’t want to sit on the couch!),the balcony - probably our favorite part of the condo - is large, has a table and a couch so we all could comfortably relax out there. It is set back a bit so we were protected from the wind. When looking at the description of the condo it wasn’t immediately clear to me, but the guest room and 2nd bathroom have a door that can be shut to make it private for that room - Bonus!The only suggestions we would make are maybe a little deep cleaning - ie baseboards, doors, and the towel racks and toilet paper holder are loose and kept coming off. I did not report this to Chase because it wasn’t a big enough deal to interfere with our enjoyment of this condo.No hesitation in recommending this condo!Thank you, Chase, for your help. Very enjoyable. Pool heated and clean

Watercrest Condo 306 felt dirty when we walked in. The shower knobs/tub spout in master come away from the wall when we turned them on,called & maintenance came to fix it but they just put sealant around it to “glue” it to the wall. The next evening when we went to use it of course it came away from the wall because it’s not screwed into anything. 2 out of 3 beds the first night felt like they had sand in the sheets so 10pm we’re washing sheets. Ceiling fan in master needed to be replaced, 2 days later they’re still trying to fix it instead of just replacing it. We said just wait til we leave. The shower liners haven’t been replaced in no telling how long, disgusting. There NEEDS to be pest control first & foremost! Pest control in the condo & whole building would be beneficial. 1 elevator was shut down when we arrived, 2 days later another elevator had caution tape unable to use, a third elevator is on its way to being shut down. There’s no management/employees on property. The trash shoots were full & not useable 1/2 way into the week. The garage door for the trash shoot was left open all day so it smelled of hot garbage as soon as you walked out the front to the parking lot. For the amount of money this place should be top notch & it’s far from. So uncomfortable & more uncomfortable as the week went on. We ended up leaving early even after planning on staying in town 2 extra days..so disappointed in this trip.
