This was a perfect property for our family vacation with our kids and grandkids. We had a wonderful time. The house was spotless. Beds were comfortable. The location was great. The property manager was helpful in responding to our questions promptly. The pool was a great asset to relax and enjoy visiting with each other after our scuba diving, snorkeling and sightseeing activities. Awesome place to stay while exploring the Florida Keys.

Would absolutely recommend the house to anyone traveling with a larger group. We had adults/teens and never felt crowded or cramped. Probably the best stocked house we’ve stayed at in terms of appliances/cookware/etc. Location and is great and boat trailer parking is very convenient on property.

This was the absolute most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. The house has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. The location was perfect for sitting on the deck watching the boats go by or the beautiful sunsets. We were able to park a boat with no problem and fish from the dock if we wanted. Again this was the best trip ever and will definitely stay again when in the area.

This was our 2nd time staying at Coral Cove and it never disappoints! Out of all the rentals we’ve stayed in over the years, this property is by far our most favorite! Located directly on the stunning Vaca Cut, it has everything you need close by and most importantly, has a magnificent view right out onto the water! Stunning sunsets every evening that can be enjoyed right off the private dock behind the house, or from the comfort of your private balconies located on the main level and off the master bedroom. The house is extremely clean and is exactly what you would imagine a “vacation home” to be. Beautifully decorated, with a real beachy vibe to it. The private pool and hot tub are also great for the entire family to enjoy, and the outdoor space is just perfect to enjoy some sun and relaxation. Jodi is a truly wonderful host. Extremely responsive and always available to answer any questions, or help with anything you need. Highly recommend this property! You will love it! Great location and perfect set up for a group!

We celebrated my birthday and our youngest’s spring break and this property was perfect. The house was well stocked, the location was great and everything was as pictured. We will definitely be back again!

The house was grand! Very clean and well supplied. The hot tub was a nice addition and of course the pool. We even played some ping pong. Jodi responded right away to any questions we had. We would go back in a heartbeat!

This vacation home was one of the best places we have stayed at in The Keys with our family. It is a stunning home with beautiful natural surroundings that gave us privacy and a feel of paradise. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the ping pong table more than we thought we would. And Jodi, our host, was very friendly and super quick to respond to any questions we had. Marathon is such an awesome destination, and this home is exactly as advertised in the pictures and description. Jodi is a wonderful host and was extremely fast to respond to any questions prior to and during our stay. We had a great trip.

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Marathon!! The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need (and then some). We enjoyed watching the boats and wildlife on the water. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The outdoor seating was a favorite as well. Very clean, and excellent amenities. Great location; we enjoyed several things in marathon as well as a quick drive to some of the other keys. Jodi is a wonderful host, we really can’t thank her enough! She was always quick to respond and truly went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend booking for your next vacation; you won’t regret it :) We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved this home. It was spotless, the decor is beautiful, and the view is just amazing. We brought our boat and enjoyed hours of fishing, swam in the pool every day, and tried the local restaurants. The host was so kind and accommodating. We will be back!

We were in Marathon with our parents and adult children and grandchild. The location was perfect and the views were beautiful! The house was very clean, well stocked and easy to live in. Jodi was quick to respond to our text messages too. Definitely would recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This home was beautiful inside and out! It had everything we needed. This house is stocked with many items to use such as fishing poles, beach chairs, sand toys, food sealer etc. The access to the gulf and ocean is super easy. There was 2 washer and dryers!! There is def enough space for 12 guests! Jodi was an amazing host and replied to my questions immediately. I would def come back again!

Everything was great from the very beginning! Will for sure try making this our annual mini season house for our family to enjoy! Dock was perfect, and Jodi was a pleasure dealing with!

Second year staying here and it was just as good as the first! The house is absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect. And Jodi the owner is really responsive and so helpful!

Listen to me when I tell you that this place is amazing. Our Keys trips accommodations through the years have been more of the "fish camp" variety (Eh!). And while that was fun and different, it got old real quick for anyone who wanted to "hang back." Jodi's place at VACA cut is WONDERFUL BLISS with a perfect combination of something for everyone. The fishermen/boaters in our group were super happy with the docking accommodations, easy access to the Atlantic side through Vaca cut and proximity to fuel/tackle/ice on the water. They "slayed the mahi" day after day and loved the cleaning tables right on the dock. The non fisherman were in love with the private pool, beautiful house, amazing views and easy proximity to wherever it is you want to wander in the Keys. Jodi is an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with regarding access, answers to questions and issues both before, during and after our stay; Checking in often to make sure we were happy. DO NOT LET THE PRICE OF THIS HOUSE SCARE YOU OFF. I promise it is worth every penny you will pay. (As a side note: We rented two houses here because we had a group of 20. So if your party is larger than can be accommodated in one unit, search for others in Tides at Vaca Cut and rent multiples.... ) Okay, was there anything negative? Literally, the only negative feedback was that the coffee maker might be too complicated (it was a fancy unit that could handle Keurig or a pot of coffee). This might be more of a reflection on our people (personally, I'm a gadget girl, but I'm not a coffee drinker and I was on vacation, so no help - you're all on your own. There was a cute little coffee shop within walking distance, so no worries, they figured it out!). Oh, the other negative feedback was that some in our group were obnoxious if they drank too much, but don't worry, we brought them back with us! :-) RENT THIS PLACE!

Beautifully decorated and furnished with plenty of room for our entire family. Loved having two master suites and so many bathrooms nobody ever had to wait for a shower. Having two washers and dryers was awesome. Great, well stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything we needed including an air fryer. Enjoyed having a separate bar area too. Views were absolutely breathtaking, and we really enjoyed watching the boats, tide changes, and fish (especially at night!). The backyard was lusciously landscaped for privacy. Having a pool, hot tub, gas grill, ping pong table, and plenty of seating made us never want to leave! We fished right off the dock every day and also took a fishing charter from Captain Hooks across the street. A day at the beach? House has a cooler, umbrella, plenty of towels, and 6 chairs. Perfect location with everything close by. I will say that Jodi was the BEST host we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is so responsive, immediately answers questions, and is warm and gracious. Although we never had any issues, I know she would have taken care of them if we did. Wish I could rate our experience higher than 5 stars!

Our adult children, my husband and I spent the past week at this property and it was fabulous! The home and exterior are beautiful and well maintained. With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths you can spread out, while still having a cozy home feel. It is also well equipped with 2 washer and dryers, lots of kitchenware and starter supplies. The sunsets from the outdoor balcony seating area are exquisite! It is located close to everything you need in Marathon and adjacent to both the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean, making it great to cruise around if you choose to bring or rent a boat. The one thing I wouldn’t bring is your kayak as the current by the house is swift Jodi is a great host and responded very quickly to any questions/ needs we had. I definitely would recommend this vacation property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Cove. The location is top notch and couldn’t be better. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed. There were plenty of beds, towels, dishes, glassware, etc for everyone! We loved watching the boats come and go all day long! We wish that we could have stayed for longer and cannot wait to go back. We miss it everyday! No Midwest view can beat the view at Coral Cove!

Short drive to beautiful beaches nearby with breathtaking sunsets. Quick hop to enjoy the quirkiness of Key West. And all the while, an amazing home away to return to for relaxing and recharging. Jodi was the perfect host! All information you could possibly need was easily accessible. This was my first time using VRBO and from the very first communication with Jodi, to walking out the door on our way to the airport it was an amazing experience. Jodi was always very quick to respond to any questions, and flexible as we ended up changing the date of our trip and she was happy to accommodate. The townhouse was absolutely amazing! The layout worked perfectly for our group and everyone enjoyed as much time as possible in the pool and hot tub. There were a few that even fished off of the pier! We enjoyed the expansive deck and being able to watch all of the boats in the canal. The views were amazing! We were so busy that we did not have the opportunity to utilize the bikes, but hope to do that next time. The amenities were plentiful and we were very appreciative of all of the towels! The beds were super comfortable.....and I loved my view from the master bedroom patio! It was very comfortable and really felt like "home" to all of us. This was an amazing experience that our high school seniors (and mom's) will never forget. Thank you so much Jodi for such a wonderful experience!
