The house is in a perfect location! Its open layout made it easy to see the gorgeous Mountain View from many rooms in the house. We enjoyed our stay!

It could use some updates but it’s still a great stay!

This 4 BR house has several positive characteristics but one very significant negative to me. The house is set only 20 yards from Highway 100, a busy road with lots of cars and trucks driving by at 50 mph. The traffic is very noisy and kept me wide awake much of the night and early morning. Although sleeping only in the rear 2 bedrooms and wearing good noise-cancelling earphones could help reduce the noise, I would not rent this house again. The house does have many excellent characteristics. It is spacious and very clean, with 2 well furnished living rooms, a dining area, large kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, spacious driveway, 2 car detached garage, and a nice back yard, located only a few miles away from Stowe. The bed I slept in was comfortable, and the Vacasa property manager was very responsive and helpful. On the flip side, there is only one smallish dresser, a desk and a small, narrow shelf unit among the 4 bedrooms to store clothes. The bedroom closets are locked so each room has a rack to hang clothes with 2 small shelves for the linens. The 4 bedrooms have a total of 2 overhead fans and 1 AC unit between them. Overall, I think this would be a very nice house to rent due to its size and proximity to Stowe, but the traffic noise was sadly too much for me.
