We had the pleasure to spend a few nights this holiday at Todd’s place on mount snow. We have a home in the area and needed some space for overflow family and friends. Everything about this property was perfection. Accommodations exactly as described (clean/comfortable), great responsive communication with the owner and ease of access to Mount snow. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality.

The location was an A+ for a hike around this time of year. The place was much bigger then we expected. Large common area and the kids loved the multiple bunk beds. Very family friendly layout. Place was very tidy and owner was easy to connect with for any questions. We will definitely be coming back.

Overall the location was okay - very deep into the mountains. The sliding doors were unfortunately unlocked which felt unsafe the minute I got in. It was difficult to lock all the doors. The downstairs bathroom door didn’t shut all the way due to the washing machine blocking it…so that was uncomfortable to use amongst so many family members. Place didn’t feel too clean and was quite dusty. Tv remotes were lost… so didn’t have any entertainment. Bothered me that the house wasn’t throughly checked before we got there to stay. It was an okay experience but would recommend going elsewhere.

What a gem of a place to stay! I didnt realize that there were 3 levels to the home, plenty of space for all 9 of us. Owner was very quick and thorough in communicating.

The renting, check in and overall stay was very good and relaxing. We have stayed in the area before and like it. We went to the pool and used the grill.

Condo was a nice location for the southern portion of Vermont being about halfway between Brattleboro and Bennington and just up the road from Wilmington. Being from Minnesota I wasn’t expecting the amount of forests still left in the area and can see now why people love the area in the fall and winter. The place was a little stuffy but we happened to stay during one of the bigger heat waves in the area but by the end of our stay the weather turned to be more like Vermont…cool and comfortable.

Great place to rent. 1 thing: 1 spot says checkout is 12pm the other says 11am. An easy fix! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed our stay at SnowTree. Location was extremely convenient to the mountain, especially for the July 4th fireworks. Unit was large, clean, and comfortable. Todd was helpful in our booking process and promptly answered all of our questions.

Overall, the stay was great for the weekend we were up in Vermont for my cousins wedding. Pictures on the website are accurate of the condo and everything was tidy and clean. The beds were comfy. We were originally going to sleep on the 2nd floor but it got a bit stuffy up there so we ended up sleeping in the bedroom on the bottom level. The temperature was much more comfortable on the lower level. Checkout is before noon but when we got back to the house around 11:25am, the cleaning crew was already waiting outside and on the phone with someone. I then received a letter from Todd stating that checkout it at 11am. The listing on VRBO states 12pm so if there are changes, the website needs to be updated.

The property was accurately portrayed in the listing and was able to sleep 8 adults. It appears that portions of the property have been renovated, while some of the unit is beginning to show its age. Regardless, our stay was enjoyable without any hiccups or complaints.

Very mixed reviews for this one. There were many positives. Our host, Todd was outstanding. He was highly communicative, quite friendly and helpful, and usually replied to questions we asked through the app within minutes. The townhome’s location was also excellent - not a ski in/out, but less than a quarter-mile walk to the slopes. Price was fair and description and photos were generally accurate, though be aware there’s just one sleeper sofa in the loft (based on icons, it looks like two). Vestibule at entry and accessible firewood were great amenities. The negatives were that the place generally felt older, and not very clean. It felt like it really needed a refresh. One chair in the kitchen was broken, some light bulbs were missing, and when I noted an appliance problem to the owner, and he did indicate that they will be renovating with new appliances at the end of this season. Though there were only 3 of them, the steps at the entry were thickly covered with ice. We also found some basics missing – steel wool, dishwasher detergent, etc. Water system maintenance was going on while we were there, so we were not able to drink the water, which was frustrating, and an unfortunate complication to our stay, but that was just bad timing for us. Seven of us had a great trip, and the accommodation has potential with future upgrades.

Todd was so accommodating and made our 30 day stay great. The only issues we had was the Wi-Fi did not work. This became an issue when we tried to work from the condo. Outside of the we loved it.

The secluded sleeping arrangements (one up & one down) plus the common area in the middle make this a great place to stay for two families. However the real key is its location. The mountain is only a short walk away or an even shorter drive. You just can't beat it.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was extremely clean and very well-equipped. It is well situated and easily accessible by car. Communication with the owner was very smooth. Over all, this property is ideal for a weekend in the Dover/Wilmington area as a group!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights in the summer and had a fantastic time! The condo is very large (as described in the listing) and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The amenity center is a short walk away, and the pool is very nice. Check in was smooth, and Todd went above and beyond when there was a misunderstanding for us on our first night. It is a beautiful area and convenient to several restaurants as well as beautiful lakes with nice swimming. We will definitely plan to book this place again when we return to the area.

The host was nice when we tried to reschedule due to the hurricane henri even for the last minute but we ended up made it happen over there. It was a nice and quite place to stay

The check in process was simple, the owner was very responsive. The front door can be a bit hard to open/close and there was some moisture in the lower bedrooms and bathroom due to condensation but moisture like that is not something that can be controlled without central air which isnt that common in Vermont and was only a problem during the really hot days… Great location and amenities! Would definitely stay there again!
