This is a beautiful home with stunning decor and wonderful location at the Omni in Amelia Island. We had plenty of room for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed watching the World Cup on impressive big screen televisions when we were taking a break from the sunny beach or returning home from our fun visit into town for shopping and local restaurants. We have visited Amelia Island for the past 20 years, and this tops as one of the most beautiful and most spacious homes we have ever stayed in. Downsides were minimal, but still existed. The garage as advertised in the rental post was not available after all, nor was this communicated in advance. The top oven (dirty) and back deck were forgotten in prepping the home for guests. But the biggest “miss” was that there was no welcome/hospitality book to recommend local activities or offer other advice about staying on Omni property (e.g., shuttle vans, shops, kid activities, beach and pool, etc) All this being said, we did have a wonderful and relaxing visit and would recommend this home to a larger group of 4 people or more, especially if they are familiar with the area and all that Amelia Island has to offer.

My friends and I were impressed with the house. It was in a great location and offered everything we needed. The house was clean and well appointed. We would have liked more information about the Omni Resort and how to access amenities, if possible. Also, instructions for arriving could have been more detailed.

We always loved staying on the Omni Amelia Island property. The house was nice, clean and had very large kitchen and living spaces. It was nice to have bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs for our extended family to spread out. We had toddlers/infants with us so mostly kid friendly besides the stairs, but we brought a baby gate with us so not too much of an issue! Easy check in and out!

Lots of room, which was great! We all had space to go to. It wasn’t that far from the beach, so the golf cart ride was fairly short. We did have some issues with the TV - it liked to be fuzzy off and on some. However we didn’t spend a lot of time watching it.
