Beautiful & very clean!!!

Gorgeous decor! Great location!

There was a lot of noise that came in from the street; loud cars driving up and down the street; a free concert at the amphitheater across the street; a band playing at a restaurant across the street. We enjoyed the band, cuz it was our kind of music but our teenagers weren’t impressed!

We loved the view from our room and the rest we were seeking by our stay at the hotel. The room was quiet and clean. One of the reasons for our choice of the room was the high back chair. It was comfortable and provided for our needs.

There were a couple things that would be good to change. We really desired to have a microwave in our room. Upon check-in we were not told there was a microwave on the second floor that we could use, but even with that one available, we were on the third floor and had to carry our food down the hall to another floor, very inconvenient. Second, when we got to our room, there wasn't any information about the surrounding attractions, shopping or even the room service menu. We felt it presumptuous that everyone would have a QR reader on their phone to find out information about the hotel and other items. We do not use a QR app on our phone and felt lost when we got to our room.

The staff was so helpful and friendly.

It was pricy but fabulous.

The view and food was amazing and memorable

An Elevator was out of service the whole time we spent time at the resort. It was an inconvenience for all the guest .

Did not have breakfast. Location was excellent.

Beds could have been more comfortable refrigerator could have had a freezer. Less children running the halls 10 to 11 o’clock at night banging on doors.

The view from our room was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Valet staff and bellman were great.

Coffee maker in the room could be more user friendly.

We came late Monday night and had to check out of the room (late check-out) by 12pm. I would have liked a late afternoon check-out, considering how late we arrived.

You could set up a light continental breakfast, for guest to meet each other etc.

Beautiful location, decor, memorable hot tub overlooking the beach and pier. Bar makes excellent non-alcoholic cocktails on request.

surprise charges outside the booking.com reservation, inability/unwillingness to provide a receipt for these charges at the time of check-in. Basically if you can't afford "whatever" it's not really for you.

Location good. Walkable to restaurants and across from beach. Beautiful property.

Friendly staff

Room was not clean, empty soda can on floor. Waited 2 hours for a room despite check in being 4 pm

The service at the piper room, hi/low, and the poolside Cafe were all terrible. They charged me for things I didn't order, wait staff were hard to find ( then found talking in corners), I got up and ordered on my own food various times, food was slow to arrive. The hi/low was awful. It's a lot of young staff not paying attention, not working, don't check on you, bad system for ordering and charged my twice for drinks they cleared away when we went to the bathroom. The front staff, bellman, room service and valet at Seaside were above amazing and working hard.

I love the property, location, and lower level staff.

We had a problem with our neighbors our first night. The man was heavily intoxicated and screaming profanity at his small children and wife. it was midnight. I didn’t like the way security handled it. I was worried for the children.
