Just follow the instruction that was sent via email. Use coding to get the key. The email said it has 2 keys/duplicate key but when we arrived we got only 1 key. When finally going home, there's another set of key that they just put. I like being accessible to the main or heart of Airlie Beach.Excellent location.

I did not like their bed (terrible bed) and pillows are very thick and hard not even iron the pillowcase. It gives sore neck. Towels not quality (2 different colours) no change towels for a week. Dirty toilet bowl not even properly wash and sealed -no assurance that it was disinfected. Car park-you have to watch your step because full of water. Not disability friendly due to the stairs.

Property is located at the centre of Airlie beach, just walking distance to the shops, restaurants and lagoon with a nice view of the beach! Property was clean and tidy with full equipped kitchen and BBQ. We couldn’t ask for more!

I loved the layout and the interior design!! love the location.

Property was perfect however the dish drying rack was a bit different to dry glass on which caused them to fall over and break

Large, kid friendly space. Games, Netflix and WiFi ro keep kids occupied. Large balcony with BBQ and bean bags. Comfortable beds. Nice decor. Appliances very new and modern. Bright and beach theme inside unit. Great location, 20m to lagoon and playground.

Thr fridge and freezer smelt like prawns. Maybe a little vanilla essence in there to keep the smell away.

The apartment was very clean with great facilities. Very spacious for a family with young kids and excellent location.

There was no signage for the property which made it a bit difficult to find initially.

Amazing location, amazing facilities. We loved our stay and plenty of room for our family. Will definitely recommend.

Only issue was no gas for BBQ. We only had a short stay so we made do without, but that would have been perfect!

The location was excellent, close to everything. Decor was lovely, the apartment was well equipped . Our late checkout was very much appreciated . Very roomy

The apartment is lovely and clean and has all of the necessary things you need to enjoy the space. Each bed was comfortable and the large balcony space is a great add on.

The location is great, very close to the lagoon and all of the shops you might need. There is a venue across the road that plays music all night but the noise was not excessive.
