It’s convenient location and cleanliness.
Key to the door would intermittently get stuck in the lock. A minor problem which I am sure will be resolved.

clean place, with an amazing style and very comfortable bed.
contact with the owners was a mess. 3 days of not answering phone/messages on booking nor sms. luckily my sister was able to pick up the keys very last minute before I landed.

Location, building, district and surrounding are definitively a PLUS. The apartment itself is really cozy and enjoyable, although not with the highest standards in everything.
Limited amount of space for storing, very low mezzanine (comfortable only if your height is 150 cm...), EXTREMELY NOISY bed (squeaking at any movement) and leaking bathtube/shower glass

Lovely place, well worth the price. Everything was clean and well-kept.
While the place is central, getting to the parking lot by car can be quite tricky.

The apartment is really wonderful. It has a complete kitchen and a balcony with a view over the river. Walking into the center needs only 10 minutes. And it has a garage for car or motorbike (we came with motorbike).
Thr kry handover was a big problem. The person with the key was waiting at the garage and we sat in front of the house. It would be better to send an email a few days before visit strts where this is described in detail. Also that where is the location of garage as this is a bit complicated to find.

Great Location, perfectly equipped and located. We stayed with our one year old and Agnieszka organized a highchair for us and helped us with a lot of things. We fully enjoyed our stay next to the old town!
