We had a great time at Casa Casita. There is lots of space & the layout & decor’ gives it fun beach vibe.
We will look forward to Staying here again.

Stayed with wife one single daughter in main house and other daughter , husband and baby in Casita. Layout worked great. Very walkable area with sidewalks. Close to everything you could need. My only negative comment about Marco in general is the almost constant noise of leaf blowing , mowing and construction. That is not unique to this house.

Easy to rent

We had a great time. It was very clean. Lots of rooms and comfy beds. All tv’s had streaming services on them. Kitchen was nice with all amenities. Salt water pool was great for the kids. Casita added another master bedroom. Close access to beach. Would stay at this house again!

Great family house, well presented and maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely to have the use of 4 bikes, beach chairs, cool box etc. all you need for a trip the beach.
We rented a golf cart too to get around as everywhere is less than 3 miles.
We enjoyed the pool and outside deck area and played corn-hole.
Marco is a great place to rent pontoon boats, fish or jetski, kayak or paddle board. We asked the locals we rented equipment off for recommendations for restaurants.
Sad for our two weeks to be over, it went so fast, staying in a lovely vacation home.

Wonderful stay
Beautiful property and was filled with everything you need. Design of house and interiors top notch and kitchen well stocked with appliance and other housewares. Had everything we needed for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, and a wagon. Great family getaway and everyone had their own spaces. Mark was very responsive and easy to get in touch with any issues. Would definitely rent again.

Great stay in Marco
We had a great stay at this house - beautifully decorated and well maintained. Very convenient location to get to the beach, local restaurants, Goodland, etc.
If you rent a boat, good fishing out in the local bays and beautiful homes to look at while on the water. We rented golf carts and that was a fun way to tour marco island.
We were very pleased and had a wonderful vacation.

We have 7 adults snd 3 children age 5-11 and The home allowed for good sleeping arrangements; the pool was sized just right for the kids; the outdoors have sitting areas to enjoy. It is a very pleasant home and we will very likely come back again!

We stayed at Casa Casita for a week with grandparents, cousins, and siblings and the house was perfect for everyone to have their own spaces but also be together. The house was clean, well maintained, modern, and well stocked with supplies, beach/swim accessories, kitchen tools, and linens. There were some AC and dryer issues but Mark was on top of them ASAP and always communicative. Location on the island was very convenient to anything we wanted to do. I would definitely book again!

Great location, sunny, clean, and good vibes!
My kids and I just needed a getaway, Casa Casita had more than enough room and plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Very well organized and decorated.
Amazing Location! Close to restaurants/beach. Casa Casita has all the items you need to make it a great beach day (coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc).
The kids really enjoyed the pool and the short distance to the beach. I took advantage of fishing off the dock.
My only regret is I wish I would have stayed longer.
