Enjoyed stay. Hike to beach little farther than expected but was very do-able

We had a wonderful time during our vacation! Very clean, friendly, family environment!!! Kids loved the water park and the pool was also fun for adults! We truly loved this condo!!!!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. Very clean, great location. Our only concerns were tthat the fitted sheets in the master bedroom were old and pilled, and the many small throw rugs. The rugs slid and folded, which caused us to trip. Other than that, it was a great two week stay.

We had a great stay. The Condo was more than efficient for the 4 of us and we loved the area and local restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

I liked the property overall. It would have been nice if my wife and I didn't have to pay extra for us to enter the pool area, as we were only there to watch our children. I did like the view of the water we had and overall it was enough space for us to not feel crammed.

The overall rental was clean upon arrival. Listing as described. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Parking within the garage was difficult as it was usually full. There are several things that I do think could have been improved upon. Minimal cooking pots, only one large pot in the condo which means you cannot prepare even the most basic meal like spaghetti. The master bedroom bed was so squeaky you could not roll over without waking up the other person. At night the general condo area was loud and unattended. Obviously some of this is completely out of the control of the renter.

The condo is very nice and clean. Conveniently located and we love having the water park on property.

My wife and 3 kids had an absolute great time. The beach is within walking distance of just about 5 minutes. Great water park that the kids loved. We have 2 10 year olds and a 2 year old. A wide variety of restaurants. Highly recommend this property

This was a great vacation. Overall the property is wonderful. Great location for dinning out. There is a ton of different food choices within a walking distance. Beach is about a block away and it’s a bit of a walk. On the other hand water park is right outside your door. Property is clean and has all the basics. Remember it’s not hotel so no fresh towels or complimentary toothbrushes. Beds were a bit hard for my family but that is a preference not an issue. We enjoyed the ability to make our own food and spend time on the gorgeous outdoor patio. Thank you for great vacation.

Place was awesome. Everything was as promised. The elevator broke and had to take the stairs for a day but was up in running the next day.

The condo was just as described and perfect for my family’s weekend stay. Clean, convenient location and easy walk to the beach. There were many local restaurants near by. We will defiantly look for this condo again upon our return.

We so enjoyed our stay. We have been in three condos on this property, and this is the best so far. It is decorated beautifully with everything you woud need for a lengthy stay. They location. It's perfect. We could sit on the balcony looking at the intercoastal waterway with many birds and dolphins in front of us or look to the left to see the Gulf. Perfect. I would give this condo a 5 star. The management was great. We have worked with Debra before. The first day we had a coffee maker that did not work. I texted Debra and we had a new one by 10 am. We will be back!

This condo is an excellent place for families! The waterpark is amazing! The kids spent hours going down the slides and playing at the pool. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We all just sat outside for the time we were in the condo watching all the boats and dolphins! Another perk is the quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic property. It has access to a dock and views of the ocean. We saw dolphins almost every day which was really cool. In the master bedroom you can fall asleep looking out the window at the waterway. Its very close to the ocean (within a few blocks) and a lot of restaurants. It has a fully stocked kitchen with an insta-pot and a washer dryer which is fantastic. The decor is nice and they have a small selection of DVDs and quite a few beach toys along with a wagon and two chairs. It was nice that there are two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms! The decor and colors give you the beach vibe. There are TVs with cable and DVD players in each room. The owner put a lot of thought into furnishing the property and it shows. Things to check out, The Little Toot dolphin cruise (amazing and affordable), Pipo N Betty's bakery, the Coconut cafe, Ippolito Italian Deli (fantastic sandwiches), and for BBQ, it doesn't get any better than ShnookumsBBQ. Debi was fantastic about answering questions prior to check in and very responsive! Its nice to know that they have a good property management company. Only negatives: The beds are quite firm. The two beds in the "B" side have a very thick plastic waterproof cover which is noisy (I suggest changing these to non noisy waterproof covers like the master bed). The water-park was small and the water was very cold which is unfortunate because we told the kids about it. The staff gave me 3 different stories about the heat, 1. its heated to 78-80 degrees, 2. the heater is broken, 3. the water is not heated at all except for the lazy river which is heated a little???? We ended up not using the water park because the water was so cold which was a bummer for the kids. We ended up going to the beach instead and the ocean water was warmer so that made up for it quite a bit. The kids did enjoy the beach quite a lot. The outdoor pool was heated and ok. The outside door to the "B" side only opens part way and some of the locks on the pocket doors for the bathrooms are missing / broken. The parking instructions are confusing. The main entrance is near 2nd and Miami ave (Very important to know). If you go straight in, the elevator is near the turn around (to the left). Some beach toys are broken. All these negatives are very minor and we had a wonderful stay. I would certainly stay here again!

What a fantastic location! It’s within close proximity to shops, food and most importantly the beach! The unit was very clean, and we found the beds to be comfy. Debi was fantastic about communicating with us when we did come across a slight issue with the air. The kids loved the water park and the grown ups loved the sunset deck. Despite the water park being right outside the door the unit was quiet. I would suggest a sign by the elevator suggesting people on lower levels take an alternate one, as there is only one elevator that goes to the 6th-8th floors. Thanks for the great stay. We hope to be back!

We loved the water park and the proximity to the beach. The unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful view.

The unit was very clean and was in a good location . IT faces south which gives you a great view of the waterway and you can even see the gulf . Great to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by. The unit has pretty much everything you need and plenty of space for a family of 4 . The furnishings and appliances are older but clean and in decent condition. The only downsides more related to the building , there is only one elevator and it can be slow. Parking can be a bit of a hassle and the water park was VERY crowded and loud . The water park is really just a lazy river, pool and 2 waterslides so if there are too many people its gets overcrowded quickly. We preferred the beach , which is very nice in the location.

What a lovely place! Everything was thought of, a well stocked condo. My kids spent every morning and every evening on the balcony enjoying the cool breezes and beautiful views. it was very clean and I love the decorations as they reminded me I was on vacation… Great communication from the owner as well

Kids love the water park! Great location away from the crazy of Clearwater. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Will be back for sure.
