We found the house to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the manager was communicative and responsive. The view and deck stole the show! Two things would have made our stay even better. The only way to get down to the private beach right now is to walk to the neighborhood access stairs (which even with typed directions were difficult to locate). However, I know there is a plan to have the home's private stairs rebuilt in the near future. The other thing to be aware of is that the full bathroom is located within the secondary bedroom. The half bath is located right next to it right off the kitchen. If you are traveling with family or close friends, perhaps this would not be an issue. But if not, then you will become close very quickly! All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely lake cabin with fantastic view and location. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The deck/view/location are amazing! My wife and I both think this is a great lake home and highly recommend it!

If you're looking for excellent Lake Michigan views and sunsets, this place has it. We chose it primarily because it was right on the lake, and the calming sounds of the waves, beach view, and sunsets were just what we were looking for. The private beach was quiet and only a short walk away.
The house was very clean (and it's hard to keep all that sand away), the showers were hot, and the beds were comfortable.
We'd definitely come again. Being right on the water was perfect.

It was the perfect Lake house for my family of four. The view is absolutely gorgeous off the back deck. We enjoyed the sunsets. The drive is about 7 mins to the public beach. We loved the beach and being so close was nice having two toddlers. There aren't many restaurants in the area but that was ok for us as we love to do breakfast and lunch in which is why we like staying in houses. We did go out one night to The Deck which in my opinion is a must.
The house was clean and we didn't have any issues. The only thing that is bummer is that you can't get down the private beach area. They must have had some nasty storms that ruined the walkway to it. But we didn't let that ruin our stay because who can control weather. Overall I'd recommend this Lake home to any one.

There was small pieces of miscellaneous trash here and there. Just didn’t feel clean. Also, you should make sure prospective renters know that there is quite a climb down and back up a large dune if you want to get to the beach. Somewhat difficult for older adults. The Unsalted Vacations team were very communicative and we appreciated that!

A great getaway that provide a peaceful place to stay, beautiful scenario of Lake Michigan from the back deck, private beach a short hike away and restaurants and activities a short drive away. My teenage said he enjoyed the quiet, peacefulness and the great food (Dockers restaurant was great), while my pre-teen enjoyed miniature golf and renting jet skis. I enjoyed our long bike ride and stopping at the restaurant by the public beach for a nice lunch outdoors. My husband mentioned about everything we enjoyed.
We felt at home as soon as we arrived in the house. It was clean, and hard surface floors throughput. The washer and dryer enabled us to keep towels and swim suits clean and we could have easily packed a lot less and washed more.
Loved the place. Definitely will keep on our list as a place to go back to visit.

The setting was fantastic for us. Beautiful view of Lake Michigan from the deck, quiet, woodsy area that seemed remote was but was close to dining, sight-seeing, and shopping. The cabin was well equipped.
