We stay in Kingswear every year for our Wedding anniversary it has such great memories for us. Port Side was only a short distance from the property we have previously stayed in and as much as we always enjoyed our stays this was by far the best. the location is perfect for us. The weather could not have been better. We ended each evening on the main balcony with a bottle of prosecco ( or maybe two )looking across to Dartmouth with the sun setting. The house is lovely beautifully decorated and it felt like a home. There was milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived what a lovely surprise Communication from Dart Valley Cottages was very good, we had a problem initially when booking but it was all sorted by a very helpful lady and we received regular updates prior to arrival. The only down side was that my wife fell in love with it and wants to buy it. Access might be tricky for people with poor mobility due to the steps up from the drive but certainly not meant as a negative about the property. We loved it and can’t wait to return.

Always comes up trumps. We love this accommodation, use it every year sometimes twice! Home from home

As always fabulous stay, home from home. Outstanding views and comfortable accommodation. Parking is a big bonus here.

The location was excellent, with truly amazing views from the balcony. The apartment was generally clean and comfortable. However, it was disappointing to find that areas behind cabinets, skirting boards, and behind the doors were quite dusty. Additionally, there was noticeable black mould around the shower door and on the bathroom ceiling, which detracted from the overall experience. With a bit more attention to deep cleaning, this place could be outstanding.
