Great location for exploring Dartmouth. Very clean and has everything you need.
Over 3 floors. Please replace the wine rack in the fridge. It’s rusty and not very pleasant when you open the fridge. Also toilet brush was disgusting, would suggest that is replaced regularly.

The cottage was very nicely done. We liked the well equipped kitchen and the spacious sitting room . The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.
We enjoyed being in the centre of Dartmouth which is lively place . The parking permit was an added bonus in a town where parking can be difficult.
The smaller bedroom felt a bit cramped with the bed up against the wall. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly awkward and the bathroom is not on the same level as the bedrooms - which is more of an issue for older people.
In the busy holiday season, expect to hear loud music from the local pub - which does stop at 10.00 p.m
