Great location, spacious and had all amenities we needed
They keys didn’t work very well and it took a long time sometimes to be able to get in

I liked the location of the property and its space. It was a beautiful apartment
I didn’t like the fact that the staff was not very helpful. We had an issue with the water and we couldn’t shower properly as the water was not regulated and it was either too cold or too hot. When we asked for help they said they were going to send someone to fix it but there was no update whatsoever. Also they don’t offer storage so we had to pay an extra 40 euros to a nearby storing facility. Also we were charged 40 euros for arriving late.
