Could be cleaner, no electric at first and no hot water .

This condo was perfect for my family. It was such a better experience, than staying in a hotel. It was nice to have the extra bedrooms and two full showers. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean, only steps away from the beach, and access to the indoor pool/hot tub, (we were there in November). We walked on the beach each morning and even walked into town. Bethany town was only 15 minutes away (walking), 3 minutes (driving). It's such a pretty town, with great shops and restaurants. We would def recommend this condo!

Wish they had a K cup type of coffee maker.

Location, location, location, we loved having the doors open and listening to the waves roll in.

There were a lot of details overlooked. No toilet paper, no trash bags, lights didn't work. Fees literally doubled the listing price.

No breakfast

The weather, a couple rainy days but who can plan that.
