The view from the villa and hot tub is mesmerizing and relaxing, especially in the evening you can watch the landing of planes at Paphos airport. The garden is full of flowers in bloom. The villa is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to Diana for the quick response to the question and Markus for the support and cooperation. The location is also excellent, the place is quiet and peaceful.

The villa and the view are stunning. Privacy is almost guaranteed on most areas. Villa is equipped with everything, I would only need an Espresso machine. Large, comfortable, stunning views, professional host, ultra quiet location especially when neighbouring villas are not inhabited. At this time of the year the price was also a bargain for the quality of the accommodation. Some may say that the villa shows its age but this does not crease any issue. Indoors areas, pool, jacuzzi all are in excellent condition.

Be aware that you need a car, there is nothing around except other villas. Also the booking process is a bit daunting with signing of rental agreement, deposit transfer, lots of emails too. But it is a professional process.

A welcome pack would have been nice - arriving at midnight with nothing in the villa was disappointing. You need a car as its no where near anything.
