Hidden location, we kept looking for building for an hour. They said Block B2 but it didn't exist, block was B andC only. But we guessed B after an hour of search and found flat no. 406 there. Entering flay was dirty, at the back scaffolding all over then from next day, drilling and all work started on our head!

Flat was not to be given to holiday makers. Bad condition. Not looking like photos at all.

The apartment inside is great and very light and spacious. There is a great view of the promenade and beach which was lovely to see each morning. The furniture looked relatively new and the beds were comfortable. There is a double bed and 2 singles which gave a bit more flexibility (so many apartments only have double beds) and there was a small balcony with a table and chairs, but in February it was too cold and windy to sit out there! There is also another small (enclosed) balcony at the back off the kitchen, where you can dry clothes etc which would have been handy in the summer. It is well located and only a 20 minute walk along the lovely beachfront promenade to Limassol marina - where there are great bars and restaurants.

The directions to the apartment were fine, but absolutely terrible on which apartment block was actually the right one. There is no signage saying Olimpia Beach Suites and arriving late at night when it was dark, we really struggled to find the entrance, down an alleyway beside the "Exquisite" Mini Mart. The instructions definitely need updating. Also we were assured that the parking fob for private parking at the rear of the building would be in our apartment on arrival - it was not. It's actually held by Kakos, the caretaker for the flat, and relies on you calling to find out where the fob is. We had to find a space on the road for the first night (big car park nearby - not free but only €3) before Kakos brought us the fob the following morning. Then there is a dedicated space for our apartment - but not numbered - so even if the fob had been in the apartment we wouldn't have known which space to park in! Kakos (very nice and helpful) is apparently going to rectify this. To get hot water you need to press the booster switch outside the bathroom and wait till it warms up - but the shower is fairly weak so it wasn't a great experience even when it did! The kitchen is a good size with an island 3 people can sit at, but the amount of crockery/plates etc in the cupboards was minimal. We ate out the entire time as we were only there for a few days, but if a family was renting the place for a week, I think they would struggle to find enough plates etc.

Location and view are very good.

Apartment is very old and tired. The apartment is on the 4th floor but the elevator worked normally only few times a week. House entrance is dirty and tired as well. Saw some cockroaches in the bathroom. Shower water pressure is very low.
