Great host, Theodore was very nice with us and support in all we asked.
New building, very clean, new furniture and appliances, smart TV, air conditioning place for parking.
Great view, very quiet place, we stayed 3 weeks in August and didn't have to use the air conditioning, the room was very comfortable.
A little to far away from the beach to go in the morning if you don't have a car and you must walk with your kids. For returning is convenient to take a taxi from the beach, is very cheap, cost only €5.
Will return to this location with pleasure in the future.
