I really liked this property and where it was located but half of the lights in the house didn’t work and it was quite frustrating. Other than that, great location and cute place.

Our family enjoyed staying here very much! You are walking distance to the beach (via the King and Prince entrance) and have access to a great little coffee shop and playground. The house was very accommodating to our crew. In full transparency, the house was not cleaned when we arrived. There had been some kind of miscommunication with the owner and the cleaning service. It made for a slight inconvenience but the owner did everything in her control to quickly make the situation right -- and she did! I debated including this in the public review but I wanted to for one reason: the owner made it right. There was a problem and she fixed it and I left a happy and satisfied renter. I am writing this with a smile on my face and would rent from her again because of how she handled it. These rental properties aren't going to be a perfect. None of them will be. But an owner who responds quickly and works to make things right can make all the difference! Kaelin is that kind of owner! My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home and we'd highly recommend it to others! Thanks for giving our family an incredible place to make memories, Kaelin!

This property was just as described and I would absolutely rent again. Wonderful space for our two families with four adults and five teens - ages 13 to 16. The beach was short three minute walk and the beach was very wide at this location. There were also multiple restaurants, beach shops, an ice cream shop and brewery within walking distance. The property itself was very comfortable with nice beds and nice bathrooms. The ground floor has a king bedroom with bath and a separate sitting room with a daybed and trundle. Access to the putting green and nice side yard. The second floor has the living room, kitchen and half bath and a small balcony. Third floor has two bedrooms with en suite baths, and the laundry closet. Top floor has a loft with bunk bed with twin over full. There is a half bath on this level and access to the deck. We were so sad to leave and hope to be able to come back one day!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo close to the beach! We thought there were 5 bedrooms, but actually there are 4, so we had to do a little sleep arrangement shuffling once we arrived! The host was very helpful throughout our stay and being walking distance to the beach and restaurants was fantastic.

Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. They converted garage into sitting area, bedroom, and bathroom-perfect for me! Living room and kitchen are on 2nd floor, bedrooms 3 & 4 are on 3rd floor, and 4th floor is the bunk bed, private deck, and bathroom. Kids and grandkids loved it here as well and I’m thankful for this wonderful experience.
