Omena Hotel Turku Kauppiaskatu

Excellent service, the room was clean, everything we needed was available. There was a confusion because my colleague and I booked rooms at the same time and we received a message with the same room number, the hotel staff was a little confused after a long trip, they were tired, and they missed the moment that both rooms had the same number because the hotels are on different streets, but it's still Omena hotel, but different locations. It was a shame, but thank you to the staff for understanding.

The only downside is that the bathroom is designed in such a way that the shower is open and when you wash yourself and then want to use the toilet, the floor is still wet for a while.

Good, clean, and very big room with a nice view. Great location. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The hotel and room were entered with a code, which we received before our arrival.

Outside, on the street there was a lot of loud music and talking till nighttime
