It looks fairly new and it’s very good for the price that was paid.

The was one singular microwave for all the guest down in the lobby.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel was quiet. No freeway noise, etc.

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. Well priced. I could have easily given it a top rating but the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The first time it was just a loud noise and we did not know what to do. We looked out into the hall and there was no one there. By the time we were oriented we joined a couple of travelers going down the stairs and another traveler was coming up and told us it was a false alarm. The next two times (different days) we just stayed in the room and crossed our fingers we wouldn't die. There was no further communication about the situation and/or what was going on. The day/night desk attendant was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The next attendants were barely perfunctory, no Good Morning, Welcome, Good Evening, just vacant stares. No one had to go through hoops to greet us but a Hello, Welcome or just a smile would have sufficed. All that aside it would have been lovely. The other guests were quiet or enjoying the lobby area gathering offerings. The snack selections were nice, the cleaning staff was good.

Stayed a couple of nights for a medical procedure. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to great restaurants.

So glad breakfast was included but pancake maker was out of order which was disappointing.

The property was very clean being brand new. Location was great. Price was great.

The ice machines in the hall kept us awake most of the night. This is not something that can be changed but should be considered for future hotels. Although convenient, there is a reason they are tucked away at the ends of the hall, because they are loud. The additional ice and water machine in the lobby is a great idea. Of course the fire alarm going off twice during the night didn't make a comfortable stay but it is what it is.

There was no butter available for breakfast Sunday morning

We moved from our room on the second floor due to street noise. The receptionist told us we were on the quiet side. The fourth room was great the second night but on the third night we had partiers next door that woke us up at 1 am!
