I've stayed at this property 3 times now. It's centrally located downtown Tampa, well maintained, and the owner is responsive and pleasant.

The house was in a nice location. The pool and spa were great. The house could use some updates. The furniture in the living room is a bit worn. Ther was a bit of dog hair and dog food we found while sweeping so assume a dog was there the week before? All in all it was a nice place to rent for the week
