Lodge itself is super. clean, well equipped and beautifully presented. Lots of thoughtful touches such as bottled water, extra towels, snuggle quilts provided by the owners - we even had a bottle of Prosecco and choccies thrown in for my hubby’s 40th.
Great location - nice and secluded for privacy but not too far from shops etc.

Location good. Plenty of areas to visit and see.
Hot tub a bonus after a long day walking. Garden space great.
Procesco and chocolates lovely too .
The ensuite shower very small. Main bathroom could do with a shower as only a bath.
Kitchen also small if you had alot of you. Ideal for 2 people max 4 people.

Beautiful location, great Hot tub. Owners left us some lovely welcoming gifts which was a nice touch. There is a pub on the park next to us which is within walking distance which was very nice. Lodge was a little small for 6 adults but that is stated in the listings. It was lovely and warm throughout even though it was very cold outside..thank you
Lighting outside and inside the lodge , particularly the bedrooms were not very bright. Children’s bedroom too small for adults and not very comfortable. Not enough storage.

It’s was very private, beautiful location, the lodge was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It was clean and very comfortable and it had free Netflix etc.
The smell of dog on the carpets
The mattresses were on the hard side
