We love staying here. The entire property is new and perfect for us.

View was great. Location was ok. Pool was like ice. Room was efficient. Needs some TLC! Couches were actually old, stained and tattered. We had to use the bunk bed blankets on top of the couches to feel comfortable and not feel dirty. The bathroom sink did not have a plug. We almost lost a necklace down the drain. The room needs more than a wipe down in between guests. Having stayed in many rental properties, this is not in my top ten to return to. We checked in and out right on time. We were not given towels until our second day. “They forgot to leave them. Thankfully one of the other people in the building offered us a couple of towels so we could shower after a long day of travel and hours at the beach. The bed room NEEDS a shade/ blind. You can see in with the curtains closed. Believe me, we checked. We wedged a sheet on the ledge to block the view. Also, very bright in the bed room at night. Outside lights are great but not when you’re trying to sleep. Also, recommend some sort of coverage at the window panel next to the front door. It’s frosted but you can still see faintly through. So, my child’s slept on the couch. Did not feel SAFE as there was one little lock that works. The slide one was broken and the spin one on the knob did nothing. I placed the trash barrel and suitcase at the door so we would hear if there were any issues like that.. no security to be seen. Parking lot is pitch black out back at night. I think a walk through with the owner should happen.

Great location- unit is as described. Sofas could use a refresh.

Overall it was a good experience. Only complaints are the outside lights are really bright in the bedroom and hall at night making it hard to sleep. They need some blackout curtains. Also, the TV in the bedroom is really small and the service would constantly stop working. Other than that we had a great stay.
