it was well accommodated for me, my partner and friends. BBQ, ping pong table, pool and a amazing view to wake up too in the morning.

There were 2 wasp nest on the property. 1 on the pergola and 1 by the switch box by the pool. Also only received one towel each for our 2nights there. And only 1 couch was in the family room to watch t.v so we all couldn’t relax in the lounge together. Last thing there are No fly screens on all sliding doors, so we couldn’t leave the house open to get some cool air throughout the home. The house is very warm at night and especially in the morning.

Good location, quiet and clean inside.

The outdoors needs some serious TLC. Weeds everywhere and generally unkept. Inside needs some pest control as spiders and cockroaches were prolific.

The location was pretty good. It was tidy and mostly clean. The rooms were large enough. The beds fairly comfortable. Cooking facilities and cutlery/crockery was ample. The amount of space was also quite good. Inclusion of TV streaming services was good. The discount which they provided when things weren't to our expectations was also appreciated.

The overall maintenance on the property was very lacking. The pool hadn't been cleaned in quite some time and there was an obvious layer of dirt/grime on the bottom as well as a lot of leaves, so much so I felt it unwise to let my children in it, and this was a key factor in us choosing the property in the first place. The gardens hadn't been done and the lawn was long and weeds many. The cantilever umbrella was damaged and unusable, and wooden outdoor furniture in poor condition. The table on the back deck had not been cleaned at all. There was a towel and half roll of toilet paper left outside. The tables inside whilst at a glance looked clean, had not been wiped down properly, and had a decent layer of dust. Crockery was put way randomly with the same things in multiple cupboards. Clean cutlery was left in the dishwasher. The curtains/blinds do not block light, so expect to be woken up early especially if you're used to block-out curtains. There is no curtain/door on the shower cubical. The refundable $750 deposit is excessive and the 2 weeks it takes to have it returned is way too long. It has potential to be a really good place to stay if the cleaning and maintenance were better, and if they invested in some decent block-out curtains.

A good summer house but inadequate heating for a winter stay. No lock or properly closing door on bathroom/toilet area.
