Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. I like the key code to get in vs having a card.

Non-refunfable cleaning fee was too much, and you still had to take out your own trash when you leave which is contraindicating to the cleaning fee.

The lock on the door was not allowing us to lock the unit. Called the owner Josh who could not reach his on-site manager for help so he sent us to a hotel nearby to pick up a key. When asked if there was any type of discount he could help us out with due to the inconvenience and having to go pick up a key, he became instantly rude and never did offer a discount. He only said he was sorry and that the lock was not intentionally broke and that’s all he could do. I am a business owner as well and I can promise you I would have “made it right” with my customer even tho the lock issue was not intentional. Bottom line was the customer was inconvenienced and it was certainly not the customers fault either. The fact that his on-site manager was not responding was also not my issue. Had the manager responded and brought us a key, I would have been fine with the hassle. Owners rudeness was uncalled for. He was irritated because he was at a conference and did not want to be bothered.
