Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside

Beds and washer and dryer are good.

The breakfast is only average. The area isn’t as upscale or as nice as other areas in Tokyo. I didn’t like the two pillow options.

Und hat das Frühstück mit japanischen Mahlzeiten besonders gut gefallen. Zimmer geräumig und die Waschmaschine haben wir genutzt.

Wir hätten uns gern ein Frühstück bis 11 Uhr gewünscht

Amazing centrally located hotel (in Shinjuku). We stayed there when arriving and leaving for our trip. Staff is very friendly and speaks perfect English. They helped us immensely when we realized that we had forgotten our passports in the last hotel and organised the shipping to the hotel - thanks agai!! We had different types of rooms for our 2 stays, both were spacious and clean. Location is perfect for a exploring the city. Can recommend!

The area is quite central 12 mins from Asahi juku station and 4 mins to a metro stop . The staff is nice which is always pleasant

I am sorry but the price is way to high and definitely not fair for the rooms they have. They are very small which becomes difficult if you have many luggages as often happens in Tokyo. The room is not very clean , the washing machine is good but they don’t clean the filters so the leftovers from previous people’s drying cycles come out . It is quite dusty , the air conditioning has possibly not been cleaned for a long time and I had asthma every time we turned it on. They don’t clean the room (only every 8 days) and even after they did so, we still found hair and dust . Breakfast is nothing exceptional just the basics and overall also the elevators become quite dirty by the end of the day as they are not cleaned often. I would understand if this was a budget hotel but for average 200 euros a night they need to do better .
