We spent most of our time exploring the area and enjoying the beach (which is super close to the house). The location is unbeatable. The place was clean and the kitchen well-stocked. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was. We are thinking about making this trip an annual family tradition. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My hubby and I absolutely LOVED this place!! The communication with Dan and David was seamless prior to arrival. We walked in and it was so clean, smelled amazing and was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. What I particularly loved about the place is how detailed they were in the accommodations, to ensure we felt welcome. Plenty of hooks, and storage to put things away, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the throws were fantastic and soft, and the pillows were brand new. The kitchen is stocked with anything you truly may need. The location was superb. We truly could not have asked for a better stay. We unfortunately had to leave a day early, to die a family emergency, and they were beyond kind and caring as well. We are DEFINITELY booking here for next year ! We decided this will be our annual go-to. Thank you so much Dan and David for being the ultimate hosts !!

Clean and calm! Comfortably sleeps 2 adults, (maybe could fit one more on floor). Kitchen was very fuctional for and was stocked with clean and usable kitchen supplise (and coffee 😊). My husband and I are tall people, the bathroom was tight but still very fuctional. The use of space and creative decor made the weekend so relaxing. The location is perfect for sleeping in and still getting to the beach before the rush. It is also close enough to the boardwalk attractions to justify the late night Grottos run while keeping enough distance for boardwalk noise and crowd. Property managers were responsive and provided amazing directions! We would love to rent again and will reccommend to others looking for a nice place to relax after a long day of fun on Rehoboth beach and boardwalk.

We had a fantastic visit! The condo itself was the perfect space for the two of us - very clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect location - short walk to the beach and to the main drive of the shops/restaurants of Rehoboth. Dan and David were excellent hosts! I highly recommend this place and will certainly be looking into renting again if we’re ever back in the area!

The condo is fully updated, modernized, and tastefully appointed. Dan and David are excellent hosts. I will definitely stay here again. However, the next time I will bring my car instead of my full size truck because the parking lot is really small.

Our stay was fabulous. The location couldn’t be better - both one block from the beach and right near the main strip with lots of restaurants and shops. The place itself was clean, cutely decorated and had a small patio with Adirondack chairs to relax on after a long day. Our hosts were communicative and made the process super easy! Perfect size and location for my teen daughter and I. The studio was beautifully decorated and modernized - maximizing the most of the space. Short, easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Dan and Dave's place exceeded our expectations. The use of space and detail to everything in their place is beyond exceptional. I stayed with my adult daughter and granddaughter for 3 nights. The murphy bed was perfect as well as the futon for my 7 year old grandaughter. Their place is 1 block from the beach and close to everything. Dan and Dave were responsive and communicated every detail with me before our stay. I cant say eneough about the love and detail they put into their studio. I would recommend this space for 2 adults and 2 children.

My daughters and I were in awww at this cozy, clean, very close to the beach vacation home! They have everything you need ,just in case, from scotch tape to extension cords to every single household item you could ever need!

We had the best time at Rehoboth Beach this year! Dan and David’s place was perfect for our little family of 4 (2 littles). The place is clean and so adorable. They fit a lot in a small place, really everything you could need! The location can’t be beat. Communication was great as well. Thank you for being such great hosts! This is in the perfect location. 1 block from the beach and boardwalk. This was what appealed to me most when booking, but I was really surprised by the level of detail. Well decorated, and gorgeous. The kitchen had high end necessities (down to very cool tiki glassware).
My family stayed, and it was a bit tight with 2 adults and 2 kids, but we made it work. We would definitely stay again!

What a great find! This little studio was just perfect! It was a very short walk to the beach and all of the wonderful places to go in Rehoboth. The studio was very well equipped and was decorated so lovely! The murphy bed was very easy to access. We will definitely stay again :)

My daughter and I were in town for First Rites of Summer volleyball tournament and this cute studio was perfect for us. The hosts were great and provided so many extras that came in handy. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights at Dan and David's condo. Exactly as advertised and used the small space well with lots of nice local touches in the decorations (I particularly liked the boat cleats as towel racks) It's so clean and the location is perfect. The beach and all the restaurants are walkable, but it's on a quiet street (at least it was quiet in late April). And did I mention the bed? I was a little concerned about the Murphy bed, it was so comfortable. We can't wait to return next spring!

My spouse and I stayed here for 2 nights/days last weekend. The studio is beautiful, cozy, and in the perfect location. It was great to be in close walking distance from everything in downtown Rehoboth, while tucked away enough that we had a private and quiet weekend. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years and this by far has been the cleanest we've stayed in. We were nervous about the murphy bed, but it was incredibly comfortable, and we slept better than we have in months. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this studio to others.

My mom, daughter, and I stayed here for the Rehoboth Beach Marathon. Absolutely perfect location for walking around the boardwalk and beach area (and start/finish lines for the race)! Extremely clean space, great communication with the owners, easy parking, nice to have laundry on site, property as listed. My daughter said the futons were a little lumpy so she slept on the couch which worked wonderfully. Always kind of a bummer when you have to bring your own sheets and towels, but we knew that ahead of time. Absolutely would recommend and stay again!

A perfect location for our week long stay! We were able to walk to the main drag within 2 blocks! Perfect for finding the bike paths too! Comfy and a great fresh look, what an amazing remodel! We are looking to enjoy another stay here soon for a weekend getaway!

A very quaint place close to the beach! If you plan to stay out most of the day, this place is perfect as it’s ideal for sleeping and short stays. Our family enjoyed the convenience of being close to the beach and being able to run back when needed.

Everything we needed and more. Great communication, before/during/after. Spot is beautiful, inside and out. Close to the beach, close to restaurants/entertainment (but not so close where you are inundated). Inside is straight from HGTV - I can see the guys making the hand-picked selections to reflect their own personalities. Doing some home renos are ourselves and took home some ideas lol. Queen-size bed slept us well, kids (9 & 5) had a tougher time with the futons, which are narrower than a twin (fell off the first two nights but made it all the way through the third!!). As others have noted, tough to bring your own linens and towels but at least you know they are clean lol. Have already reached out about booking next summer :-) !!

We had a relaxing and quiet stay. The apartment was right next to the beach as well as fine dining options. It was the perfect getaway for two adults, yet had the space and amenities to accommodate children or additional guests.

just updated, very clean, just about all new every thing very quiet AC. Great place for two people. close to beach, downtown, and a lot of restaurants. One concern is that owners state that this unit sleeps four and that it has two "twin size fold out futons." four people in this condo would be tight and the two futons would not be comfortable for any adult. They are not twin maybe only 28inch wide.
