The Port Hotel

Everything

Bathroom needs update but refurbishment is apparently happening soon.

The staff were lovely and the room so clean

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Great

Everything

The location and facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely We Hardly slept during the night with noise from out side the window, possiblefav type?. Room was very hot so had no choice than to have it open all night. When i spoke to the lady on the front desk about the experience at checking out, she was cold, dismissive and unhelpful. A shame really, maybe if we had have Been placed in a different room this may not have been the case? I Wouldnt like to pay the full expense again to have the same experience? Is there a possibility of a discounted stay in a different room? Best regards

The room was quite hot meaning we had to open the window which resulted in alot of noise throughout the night which kept us both up. Lighting wasn't the best. Bed was nice & comfortable but the stay with the noise wasn't great at all
