Great house with a lovely backyard area. One of the best setups we have ever stayed at.Very pet friendly and good for smalll or large families. Very charming.

The property was everything as advertised. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Kelly was super easy to work with and made our stay memorable. We would definately stay here again.

Thank you Kelly for making our stay so much nicer than our previous hotel accommodations. We were there for a long baseball tournament and the house was in a convenient location for all of the fields that we played at. Coming home to the cottage was the welcome relief we needed each night. it was comfy, cozy, and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. Thank you so much for working with us on the nights needed and we will see you next year!

House was perfect for our family of 7!! However the neighborhood was a little shady. Neighbor across the street has a little bit of a junk yard. Prepare for an early morning (7:30am) wake up from him working on his car reving his engine

Beautifully designed home and the host has truly thought of everything! Every detail was so intentional and wonderful to have. The back yard was great for our dogs and daughter. We had a great time staying!

This well equipped, clean rental provided needed space for five adults and our large dog. Bedding and linens were top notch. Very fun decor and outdoor space. Kelly was an excellent host. Very easy house access and great location by our destination. We will see you next year!

Came to Ft Myers to actually pick up some tropical plants at Toptropical and made it a weekend stay. It is always a relief to pull up to a rental property and it be exactly as presented in a nice neighborhood, a huge plus. This cute, spacious house has all the comforts of home. A fenced in back yard that my fur babies enjoyed, comfy beds, hot water in a spacious walk-in shower, central location, and amenities. The host thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Easy communication and very helpful host. I would recommend staying at Hampton Court Cottage and will stay there again.

Very nice property
Property was as presented on the website. Host was very responsive to all communications. Great location for our visit. About 10 minutes from downtown shopping and dining. Only 20 minutes from Jet Blue park and CenturyLink Park (for baseball families). It was easy to get everywhere and a great space for 7 of us. Interior all updated and all amenities provided were excellent.

Better than the pics!
We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful inside and out! The back yard was a great hang out spot and there were lots of beds. Hot water was always hot, internet did what we needed and all the beds were comfortable. The hosts even came and changed out linens half way through the stay on a day that worked for us. Highly recommended!

I’m from Fort Myers and came home for a family wedding. Instead of crowding into our family house, we had 7 of us stay at this house. It was really cute, clean, surprisingly spacious, and a great location for our activities. I would go back again.

8 guys, from church/shared Christian beliefs, friends over the years, get together annually for fellowship and golf. We found the property comfortable, clean, and reasonably convenient for our time together. We did miss the availability of a pool and a few amenities, but a pretty good deal for the price paid. VRBO was professional and performed as contracted. Owner was congenial and helpful. It was not a luxurious place to stay; but it was clean, properly represented, and owner was helpful and reasonable. In all, I'd say we were all satisfied with our stay.

Very Clean and Perfect Fit
Great Home nestled close to down town Ft Myers and short distance to beaches. Very Welcoming with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Literally bring your toothbrush. Beach towels, umbrellas , beach chairs was a surprise and bonus for our beach days. Plenty of local restaurant's and amenities. Arrival and check out professionally organized and a pleasure. Home is absolutely spotless. Recommend a stay for any traveling family or couple... Cheers :-)

Exceeded my expectations
Our experience was perfect and we will definitely be back. From cleanliness to kitchen appliances to high-end bedding and towels, to interior design to landscaping, to everything needed for the beach to lotion, shampoo, conditioner! Every little detail was taken care of. And the owner, Kelly, was so attentive and kind. Even the location is great - Publix, shopping, church, Fort Myers Beach are all near by. Thank-you Kelly for making our experience so comforting and perfect!!
