The home is absolutely gorgeous and very large, so it’s perfect for big groups. However the host was not the best at communicating. A group had checked out before we arrived and the trash cans were overflowing and smelled terrible. We asked what could be done about the trash and where we should put our trash and we were told just to stack it on top. This didn’t help with the smell. Additionally, the toilet in the front bathroom did not refill with water by itself after being flushed and the light in the bathroom flashed like a strobe light. Also the neighborhood the home is in wasn’t great and we experienced some cat calling issues with the neighbors. Ubers also warned us about the area and recent issues that had come up. Overall we had a great trip and the home was great space-wise and distance from all of the touristy things. Just some other issues that cause me to not give this home a perfect rating.

Property is beautiful was clean but every Uber driver was concerned that we was in that neighborhood. The property manager was easy to contact, but we didn't like the fact that we paid a hefty cleaning fee and was asked to take covers off beds, take trash to the road and leave house like we found it. Still wondering about that cleaning fee.

We arrive at the property no clean face towels that we had to purchase and prop mgmt sent over late at night. Vent from ceiling is open. The prop mgr will never call you and text only. 3 air mattress holes in them. She had to have one delivered. We had to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap for all bathrooms. She should prepare you for what you need to supply. Dirty comforters in the closet, stained roll out beds. This wasn’t a welcoming place and the owner acted like it’s our fault. It is in a run down area which you hear gunshots at night. The owner says to me if you aren’t satisfied leave and go somewhere else and jo refund. Really!!! She wasn’t prepared for us and don’t think she lives in town cuz she had someone deliver 1 twin air mattress and face towels. Back yard wasn’t mowed so couldn’t enjoy using that part. Window open in the back good thing we checked before going to sleep. This is for sale right now so owner doesn’t care. Then she tells me well leave me a bad review if you don’t like it. Don’t Don’t Don’t spend your money on this dump. It’s in a low poverty neighborhood and the owner will never call you. She will get some stuff corrected but won’t be ready when you arrive. We had to clean everything ourselves and buy laundry detergent to wash all of the dirty linens. We asked for a refund for the early check in fee and were told to leave and find somewhere else to stay if we weren’t happy with the property. When we explained our concerns, I was called a brat. It was 97 degrees in the house when we checked in, took nearly 48 hours to get down to 72 degrees. The hot water was set at 85 degrees and we were not allowed to turn it up.

Honestly the stay was great. We had a blast. The only complaint we had was that the water pressure could've been better.
