Location was Ok, and the key collection was good..

Confusion that there was food left in the freezer, that I took to be a previous tenant and removed it from the property- only to be then told by the owners that it was theirs and had to make a separate payment for it...

The house was in a great location! Less than 15 mins drive from most activities we were doing including sovereign hill and the wildlife park. The rooms were set up nicely and the host was lovely with assistance when I called. Thank you for a great stay, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property was in an ideal location for our Ballarat stay. It was spacious and on a quiet side street.

The bedrooms were spacious, but it was obvious in the bigger bedroom that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests. There was also no hairdryer in the house; no big deal, but something to note nonetheless.

The townhouse was modern, clean and well appointed with two bathrooms and three toilets. The heating worked really well and there were extra blankets available in case we needed them. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and responded to queries very quickly. Great location and good value for money.

The TV worked ok but there was a problem with the screen which had two long black streaks in the right corner.

Proximity to rowing course (Lake Wendouree)

Great location near to schools, lake and city. Easy check-in process, clean property and great for our 1 night stay in Ballarat with friends. We were two couples and the rooms were both spacious and had their own bathrooms (ensuite and main bathroom!).

Nothing. It suited out needs perfectly.

Convenient location to central Ballarat and other places we were interested in.

Property was a disappointment. Old take away food was left in the fridge. Washing machine still with a wet load in. Dishwasher loaded, was it clean, who knows. No onsite car parking available as the the 2 car garage was taken up by a single car parked in the middle, the information did state parking was available in this case outside on the street was the only option. The TV had some interesting features, black streaks in the screen didn't prevent viewing though. Street noise was very obvious and probably it being Saturday night and on a main street contributed. No WIFI but we knew that was the case. Vacuuming of the floor could have been done more efficiently or even at all. Was it cleaned after the previous occupants? Evidence suggests not. However having said that, the property was relatively new, was convenient and as we only wanted a place to sleep it was available, comfortable and adequate.
