Loved that it was close to the shops and not to far from the beach. Check in and out was so easy and very good

Amazing location. Super close to the fields for all schools touch. And harbour Town. Great facilities in the room.

Room a/c didnt seem to get very cold in the main room

Overall the property was in a good location close to sports facilities. The unit is relatively new with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Photos are not reflective of the current state and standard of the location. View from balcony was of the lawn cemetery across the road (this didn't bother us - but I feel like it should be disclosed). Unfortunately other reviews were correct - the unit is not fitted out or cleaned to the standard most would expect of a serviced unit. The lounge was heavily stained (such that we didn't want to sit on it), the dining table heavily marked and dining chairs heavily stained, linen was cheap (although clean), mattresses were very uncomfortable (although clean) as they appeared cheap and were sagging severely on both sides. Bathrooms had some mould in showers and under the toilet seat. Windows were filthy, even the ones accessible on both sides from the balcony. On top of this we had a roof leak (which cant be helped) but this just added to the negative experience. We did plan to use the upstairs BBQ area - however when we visited it was filthy and all the doors to the BBQ's and furniture was damaged. Its a shame as the unit itself is great - it just needs to be fitted out and maintained to the standard of a serviced unit at this price point.
