L'Absinthe Hôtel

Room was updated with a wonderful view of the bay. Beds were comfortable. Large TV with streaming options. Bathroom was huge! Walking distance into town.

Parking was a bit tricky. Had to park in a small garage and walk down to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in front of the harbour. We were able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise from our window, which was a lovely way to start the day. Most of the main places of interest are within easy walking distance, which made exploring the town very convenient. We could also easily return to the hotel for a short rest before heading out again. The staff were very helpful and responded promptly to my enquiries via WhatsApp. Communication was generally very good, although unfortunately I did not receive a response to my final message regarding ants that we found in one of our rooms.

We found a lot of ants in one of the two rooms we booked, which was disappointing. The toilet paper provided was also rather rough and could have been of better quality.

Staff, location, nice size room, good breakfast

A little shabby in public rooms and hallways in other rooms. A bit difficult to find reception area.

Location was excellent for the town

Very small room Garage is a long way from the hotel and is expensive which is not clear when booking
