We really enjoyed our stay in this place. It was quite clean with plenty of space for everyone. The arcade games and ping-pong table were a great perk. The location was awesome. We could have used some extra pots in a better condition but we made do with what we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my whole family 8 total. My brother lives super close, so it was convenient. Also close to theairport to pick up my husband who came in late. Has everything you need. Host was very responsive.

Stayed here two days with my family. The kids had an awesome time and enjoyed our stay alot! We loved the arcade games,board games,and ping pong table. Close access to food or shopping. Super clean. Owners were super friendly and very helpful with our stay! Would most definitely stay here again.

We were in town for work and a few of us stayed here. The house was perfect and quiet and far enough away of downtown but close enough for us to be where we needed to be in 10 min. The surrounding area was stunning with easy access to go off and explore. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in the area for a few events. This great spot put us in the middle of all of them. Worked well for our group and gave us some fun entertainment in the mornings before heading out.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this basement apartment. The video games and ping pong were a really fun plus. There was easy access to the apartment with parking in the garage. Recommend this to everyone.

Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate and clean. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood. The girls are all 16 and didn’t want to leave the house. We will definitely be back next trip north!

I've stayed in more vacation rentals than I can easily remember over the last decade or so. Each has had its own unique charm but this place may be the best one yet. It is the only house that allowed me to park in a real garage. It was spacious and clean, which you hope is the case with every property but this one delivered. Beyond the basics, they had a few snacks for us like popcorn. However, the coolest things were the three, yes three, full sized arcade game cabinets (with matching bar stools). I played Joust and Root Beer Tapper in real arcade fashion for the first time in over 30 years. It was awesome! The house is in a very nice neighborhood that includes the occasional random deer grazing in the neighbor's yard. Yes, you read that correctly. Despite this house being well within a suburban area, we saw four deer one morning while leaving the house. So, would I recommend staying at this house? Absolutely!

Very clean. Very comfortable! Great location. The owner is extremely nice. This is my 2nd time here and I'll be back again! They've got everything you need to make your stay a great experience.

My kids and I had moved out of our house and were waiting for our new house to be renovated, so we stayed here for about 7 weeks. It's a really great place to stay, and the property manager was so accommodating. He even let us store some of our things in the garage. My family and I are for from Florida. We had been wanting to have a white Christmas and finally got the opportunity. Since I had been working as a medical traveler in Salt Lake City, I decided to fly my family out so we could have a winter vacation after my contract ended. This place was an amazing find for us. It’s spacious, very clean, and quiet. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood. Rick was amazing with communication and offering help and suggestions for the area. I will definitely have this saved as a future place to stay when I visit Utah again!!!!

It was exactly as described, the communication with the owner was always quick and he made sure we had what we needed. The only suggestion I would recommend is to put mirrors in the other 2 bedrooms, only so it makes it easier to get ready, when the bathroom is in use.
