This property is excellent! We loved the decor! The towels, sheets, pillows, sofa and bed were all very high-quality. We liked having two televisions, an icemaker, and a washer and dryer. Frequently, all of these things are not found in one bedroom apartments. The apartment is unexpectedly quite large! We appreciated the little direction signs around the apartment. We didn’t have to try to figure out how to work anything because the signs clearly told us what to do. I loved the super high ceilings and sky lights!! We were very impressed by this apartment. We easily found street parking close to the building, but we are going to try the paid parking spot for future visits. The location was wonderful for us as we were in town to see our son at Pitt which was only 1 mile away. There are also pizza places and a Dunkin very close by. We are very happy that we found this place, and we will definitely be coming back!

Lovely skylights.. comfy Bed n pillows .. Great Gym .. will stay again since our Daughter is a sophomore @pitt n we visit quite often ... Thrilled .. There are some minor imperfections ,like loose faucets ( I'm a handy woman married to a contractor ) but overall great stay in EVEN better value ..

only decaf coffee. the ironing board was broken. the thermostat didnt work. was stuck on 78 degrees and host ignored my inquiry and the instructions did not work. and i am tech saavy. so good place but tiny things were annoying for a business traveler.

The staff had excellent communication through the app. The place was really clean and very nice. Would def stay here again.

very secure, modern, clean, comfortable with regard to temperature and furnishings, plenty of free on street parking, and proximity to Pitt campus is ideal.
