This was our 2nd year having our 2 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren on vacation and what a great time. The house was clean spacious and we had everything we needed. We were on the water and loved listening to the music in the evening from Paradise grill was wonderful.

We truly enjoyed our vacation at Pot-Nets and our stay in M-11 Waters Edge. The view was beautiful from the front and back decks In fact, it was hard to stop admiring the water and boats coming in and out of the docks. Paradise Grill was a lot of fun and we enjoyed using the golf cart to get around!

Excellent stay. This place is perfect -- well appointed, large bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen that has everything you need, easy check-in, and the perfect location. The place is clean and it's obvious the house is well maintained. The wifi works well and the golf carts are a great way to get around. We will return!

The house location was excellent, and very well equipped. The house was very dirty upon arrival. Crumbs and something sticky on the dining table as well as the coffee table in the living room. Large dust balls with pet hair on the floor. Window sills filthy. Large smug marks from pets on the glass doors. The refrigerator was dirty inside and needed to be cleaned before we could move in.

We were there for a family reunion and we couldn't have picked a better place to be. The kids went out to Ocean City, all the beaches etc. We were Close to everything and we also had tons to do on property. House was gorgeous and fit every need we had. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Upon arrival, we noticed a small amount of sand on the carpet in entry and that windows were very dirty. After walking on the floors, our socks/feet were filthy. I did call the property manager about the dirty floors, and she had cleaning service come back. The home’s air conditioning temperature was 75-76, which was especially hot for our 2 dogs. When I called the property manager, her response was that she knows that sometimes it’s hard for the units to keep up in the hotter temperatures. The temperatures were high 80s. Being the home is brand new, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem and felt she should have had someone come out to check the air conditioners. The location was great, except I didn’t realize the home was next to a parking lot for the marina. For the amount of money we spent, we won’t be going back.

This new rental, Waters Edge, was perfect for our extended family. Huge open concept floorplan for grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. This rental checked all the boxes! Beautiful, spacious, great location! Debbie Wilhelm, Sales Mgr, is always so helpful with booking and helping us in any way possible! We already booked for next year!

Not up to expectations for brand new home.

This was our very first time that we stayed at a VRBO. We did not knw what to expect. When I opened the front door, I looked inside and saw a beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect. My only complaint was that I think they might have opened it before it was ready. We had a major sewer problem and they sent workers to complete the garage doors. It was fine but my granddaughter was trying to nap when they were there. Overall, it was amazing.
