This place is not the cleanest. I'd attach pics if this app would let me. There's black mold in the ceilings in the bathrooms and the master bath had mold all over the tile. Showering in there was super sketchy, but we didn't have a choice. The kitchen left a lot to be desired. There's a cutting board but no knife, unless you use a butter knife and that doesn't work well for a Watermelon. There is a dishwasher but no soap, and there's no dish soap or sponge but they want you to wash dishes before leaving. The trash can is tiny (knee height) for a place that sleeps 12 and there's no extra trash bags, yet you're expected to take all of the trash out to the downstairs dumpster.
The checking process seemed easy enough, even though you have to check in at a different location, but then our keys didn't work, so we had to drive back to the other building for that. We also had to go back and forth to the check-in building for parking passes as people arrived (they wouldn't give me parking passes for other cars), and we had to shuttle people back and forth because the additional parking was 11 city block away.
Overall, we had a great time anyway and we made it work. There's a minimart a block away that we ran to for kitchen supplies. I just wish all of the things we needed were mentioned in the description so we could've been more prepared. Also, a clean bathroom would've been great.

We were really happy with the condo it was clean, was only 2 blocks from boardwalk could have been more informed on where check in location was located but other than that was very happy

Kids loved the pool. Couldn't get them out after. Beach was only a few minutes away. Balcony view was great.

The condo was larger than we were expecting which was a huge plus. It was clean and very nice The check in process was easy and the front desk staff was very friendly. The only recommendation I have would be to add TV’s to the guest rooms and some room darkening curtains. Overall great stay and looking forward to coming back! :)

Everything was great from start to finish. We had no issues at all. Everyone was friendly and readily available. Would definitely recommend the property.

Place was clean, minor issue with one of the bunk beds when we got there but we called the hotel and they had someone over to fix it within 1 hour. Everything we needed was there, close to the beach, accommodated 10 people easily.

Nice, spacious, open floor plan. They were able to give us two extra parking spaces on 21st street along with 1 space in the 10th street property. I really enjoyed the property and the pool indoors. The only issue we had was that it didn't seemed to have been cleaned before we got there. A team of cleaning staff members came very quickly and cleaned and changed sheets for us though. We also were refunded for the cost of cleaning.

Nice, spacious, open floor plan. They were able to give us two extra parking spaces on 21st street along with 1 space in the 10th street property. I really enjoyed the property and the pool indoors. The only issue we had was that it didn't seemed to have been cleaned before we got there. A team of cleaning staff members came very quickly and cleaned and changed sheets for us though. We also were refunded for the cost of cleaning.
