The ground floor features an entrance hall, a guest toilet, a spacious living-dining room, and an open-plan kitchen with direct access to a lovely porch and the garden.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, double washbasin, toilet, and bidet, as well as two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and access to the balcony.
The approximately 320 m² garden is divided into two levels: a lawn area and a large terrace with a private 7 x 4 m swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The property is fully enclosed and offers both sunny and shaded areas.
A portable barbecue and outdoor furniture are available, making it the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy meals on the porch.
The ideal house for a family holiday.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Bed linen: €15 per person
Towels: €10 per person
Final cleaning: €140 (mandatory, payable in cash upon arrival)
Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per day (for guests over 16 years old)
All extras must be paid upon arrival.

Das Ferienhaus ist 5☆-wert. Alles war sauber, modern, und die Außenanlage, Pool & Grundstück war gepflegt. Innen und Aussenmöbel waren alle vollständig wie Zuhause. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand und Spielplatz. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub immer wieder gerne.
