We stayed for my sister’s wedding. The location was great. We rented a golf cart to get around. The bedrooms were a nice size. The king bed was very comfortable. My parents slept on the queen bed. They would have liked a firmer mattress. There was lots of storage. Kitchen was stocked. It was nice to have hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. Super bonus was that the host provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of bath towels available. Very easy to communicate with owner…very friendly. Excellent stay overall.

This location is wonderful - the condo was great for two couples and easy walk to the beach and the condo has a nice pool too! Tons of places to eat nearby and super comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and responded quickly!

Arrived and checked in without a problem. Nice walkability to various places. Beach chairs were available for you, but you had to carry them down to the water. No umbrella’s for the beach. We bought a cheap one and left it for the next person. You can also rent from Beach Bums. We wish we would have known this before we bought a cheap one.

This condo was perfect for our quick trip to AMI. Loved having chaise lounge chairs for us at the beach-just steps across the street. Parts of the condo are tired, but it was clean and fit our needs perfectly!

Property was as expected, clean, fully equipped and in a great location! Comminication with owner was clear and concise.

Just the right amount of space needed for family of 6. Wonderful location near the beach. People around the area have always been friendly.

Property was clean. Very conveniently located near restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. As far as amenities it’s very basic. Plenty of towels for showers but limited on beach towels. Bare minimum for a kitchen. No zip locks/wrap/extra toilet paper/ paper towels. If you are staying for any extension of time you will need to hit up the grocery store. Overall would certainly recommend and stay again!

The process was so easy! The rental was great and in a great location near fun food and shopping. We loved that the beach was steps away with chairs waiting for us to borrow for the day. Loved it!

Location was amazing but condo needs some TLC. Had a smell and can tell it’s been rented a lot and not polished up in a while.

The condo was exactly as described/shown. Great for the price. Tortuga Inn has free laundry for guests in the next building over.

Adequately stocked comfy bed and pillows plenty of towels .The pool was very crowded and too warm for my liking and Red Tide really put a damper on the vacation no fault of the condo owner. I did find a very nice private pool in the neighborhood..no one knew i didnt belong there 😊.

This was exactly the way it was portrayed. The reviews that touched on issues prior to my visit were not the case. I addressed carol about the issues noted in previous stays prior to our arrival and she explained the situation. This place was cute, comfortable, clean, and simple. We were able to make do with home cooked meals, as the condo only provides basic kitchen gadgets. We had zero issues and would come again every year if we could. Thanks Carol!

This is a great unit, right across the street from the associations private entrance to the beach. There were chairs available at the beach, and an umbrella and beach towels, as well as a boogie board, in the unit. The unit itself was quiet as it is not directly on the main road. Very comfortable living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was clean and well supplied for making simple meals. The onsite pool was a great place to stop after the beach, water was quite warm. Easy walk to the Gulf Drive Cafe, which had wonderful tables right next to the beach; we ate there twice! We plan to go stay here again next winter.

The unit was Very clean. The king bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect with in walking distance to restaurants and the beach across the street. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect get away.

Check in easy and owner communication excellent. Great location across the street from quiet beach. Lounge chairs on the beach and included which was a plus as were the beach towels in the unit! Lots of bath towels provided as well. A few items that could have made our stay even better: more than one roll or TP, paper towel and garbage bags. There was no dishwasher soap but they ask that you start the washer when you leave. One of the counter chairs was broken but the owner was aware and called about that to check. Multiple slats missing from the patio door so people can see in and they don’t open.

Your place was very nice. I think your bathroom needs to be refreshed. The curtain and shower liner were old with rust... But overall it was a beautiful place
