My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We absolutely loved this place. Easy access to the park and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The location on the river is incredible. All the amenities one could ask for and comfortable, roomy accommodations. We’ll be back!

We can’t say enough good things about this property. The cabin is amazing. It was spotless upon arrival. It is absolutely gorgeous nestled in the trees right on the river. We felt like we were completely secluded. Rod was very attentive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location is so close to the West Entrance to the National park and only about 25 minutes to the airport. There are several yummy restaurants close. We are already planning our next trip!!!

We had an outstanding stay at this property. The house is in a truly beautiful and peaceful location on the river, but is also very close to the Glacier west entrance and restaurants, shopping, other attractions. It was well-stocked with all the essentials needed for our family. Rod was very responsive throughout our stay. We highly recommend, and would love to come back ourselves!

The home was clean and well organized. The location is perfectly situated far enough to feel secluded but close enough to quickly access and enjoy all the region’s offerings. Internet and other amenities were present and functioned as expected. The view of the river is unparalleled. Parking is simple and home is relatively easy to find. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay thanks to the host and their lovely property.

Perfect hidden getaway. A patio overlooking Middle Fork River. Only a 15 minute drive to Glacier National Park. The owners are extremely responsive to all questions. Highly recommend!

The location of this home could not be more perfect. It feels private and secluded while still being super accessible and close to Glacier. We loved being able to hear the river from the back seating area while having a great view of the surrounding mountains. The home itself is super clean, modern, and stocked with anything you would ever need and more - including an abundance of firewood and bear spray which we especially appreciated! Overall, we couldn’t love this place more. Highly recommend!

Better than its picture—perfectly located, perfectly appointed. We had a great time watching the river, around the fire pit, down on the patio overlooking the river. We appreciated the charging station (with 5 people, two devices each). Close to restaurants, Glacier, and huckleberry everything! Our host was great to work with.

I cannot recommend this River House enough! Upon checking in, not only did it meet our expectations, but it well exceeded them!
The house was well-stocked with kitchen items, (including a9x13 pan!) blankets, towels, laundry fascilities, and extras like hiking sticks, bear spray, bug spray, a cooler and more!
The River was breathtaking. My kids loved going down every day and spending hours throwing rocks in, and collecting driftwood. Us adults loved the stunning porch & balcony.
Hungry horse is a quiet town near West Glacier we loved exploring, but at the house, we were visited by a wild mule deer & even a sweet kitty.
Highly recommend this stay! It was our fave part of our Glacier Trip

This property was excellent for accessing Glacier Park. It was very close by to the entrance. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It is also very quiet at night. It also has an amazing overlook

Excellent property - close to glacier national park, house had everything you need plus more. Outdoor fire pits, grill, full kitchen , bedrooms were well appointed. Very clean - host was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again . Fabulous stay!

The house is perfect! On River lots or steps but we managed, close to Glacier, deer in yard , good restaurants in town, had dinner in Whitefish at the Boat Club wonderful dinner,we would love to stay here again.

The house is amazing with spectacular views and excellent amenities! We took in the river views each morning as we were greeted by the Bald Eagles hunting for fish. The location is ideal for people wanting to visit Glacier National Park and it’s a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. I would recommend this property to anyone!

It’s a good place to rent. Close to west side glacier national park about 15 mins and close to good restaurants and grocery store. Nice view from back yard.

The Perfect Glacier Getaway
This property worked perfectly for our party of 6!! We were able to submerse ourselves into the full glacier experience within a matter of minutes from this property. Rodney is great to deal with & very helpful. We did have a slight issue with plugged drain, but it was handled promptly.
The only suggestion I’d have is leaving a few more rolls of both paper towels & toilet paper for the guest, along with a few more cleaning supplies.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and would love to re-visit in the not so distant future.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by a forest and with a gorgeous deck overlooking the river. The owner was so helpful—answered my numerous questions and made great recommendations. The furniture in the house is so comfortable and the appliances are top notch—really a luxury home with lots of beautiful touches. It was an added bonus that they had bear spray in the cupboard so we did not have to buy it! This time of year was a great time to come—the main season was over and the fall colors were appearing more each day we were here. Truly spectacular! We will definitely stay in this house again if/when we come back to Glacier!

Perfection
This property is simply gorgeous. Great location. As close to the park as you can get without staying in the park. Close to town but still in a perfect spot to feel like you are away from crowds. The house was so clean and well thought out for guest. The back deck was ideal for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Book this now you won’t regret it! My kids begged to come back to the house and do dinners there because it was so comfortable and nice.

Fabulous Property & Host!
This was a GREAT property and just as indicated on vrbo; picture don't do it justice! Beautiful brand new home right on the river. Also, town was perfect with easy access to both Whitefish and Glacier National Park. House was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. Our host was fabulous with great local tips and helpful with questions about the house. We travel a lot and can't recommend this one enough; we will look for reasons to return!

My family loved this house in our recent visit to GNP and the surrounding area. The house was perfectly suited for our family of 5 w/ young kids (great kitchen, living area, washer/dryer, etc.). The views of the river from the deck are truly incredible, especially at dawn/dusk. We opened the windows overnight for cool air and sounds of the river below. We made fires both in the firepit and on the deck, and plenty of good firewood. The location is also great: very quiet and serene but close to the highway that leads to the entrance to the park in West Glacier (maybe 15 min drive). The owner was also responsive and easy to work w/. If we ever make it back to GNP, and I hope we will, I can't imagine we'd stay anywhere else.
