Getting to this property is very steep hill no pictures of this looks like it is straight of the road! 4wheel drive won’t help if it snows! There is 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full bed and the rest are twin beds! Only left 3 rags for us to use they had to send maintenance for more! Not sure they should use white towels and rags because they were very stained! Kitchen towels looked like they all needed to be washed! All pillows were thin and some were falling apart! But the kids loved the shuffle board table and foosball table downstairs and it was a great place for them to hangout at night and play! It is a very beautiful and roomy place to stay! It needs a good cleaning from top to bottom!

We stayed at this wonderful property for Thanksgiving week. Our family of 13 enjoyed every day in this home. Fun games(shuffle board and foosball table). Hiking, fishing, day trips to Red River and Taos. We will be back!

While this home is beautiful and all we were hoping for as far as location and space it left much to be desired. Upon arrival I had to reach out to the management team because they hadn’t sent the lock codes for the door. The contact person was “out of office” but did call back promptly. Once inside we found mouse dropping in several windows…gross!!! Nothing like cleaning the house you just rented at a premium price. Also many of the lightbulbs were missing through out the house which was dangerous in the dark stairwell. The basement door knob didn’t work properly often locking people inside only to be opened from the outside. On top of all this the instructions made it clear that all trash was to be removed from the property to a dumpster but didn’t tell us where said dumpster was. It took going into town and asking around it find the town dumpster, we reached out to the management company for advice on the matter and didn’t hear back until 2 days after we left the property. Oh yeah and the basement drain was clogged in the shower, unacceptable for any home much less one you are spending several hundred dollars a night for. Don’t recommend.

Great stay, the house was clean and beautiful. We had fun playing with the games downstairs. Everyone enjoyed their time.
