Access via keypads and codes, no hassle with carrying cards or keys.
The balcony was nice to get some fresh air at night.
Beds were nice and comfy with hard mattresses.
Smart TV allowed easy access to our own Prime, YouTube, etc accounts.
At night the internet connection kept being interrupted. In the morning and afternoon no problems with the internet.

Location
Small room, late night guests arriving made lots of noise, no view, door had light coming from hallway, walls paperthin so you could hear everything from rooms next door

Good location and price compared to other hotels in the same area.
It is a self check in place so it is a good idea to get in touch with the property prior to your arrival so you know how to get in. It is not a hotel but more like an air bnb building converted into small studios. There was a dead bird in the corridor to the main door. It’s a bit creepy in there…

Excellent location, room was clean, bed comfy, Dima the gentleman at the reception was kind in trying to help to find a way to reach the airport on a Saturday.
There is no lift, so in case you have an heavy luggage and your room is on the third floor might be a problem.
The common area used as kitchen was a bit messy.

Location and cleanliness are what stood best about this hotel. You get to merge with the vibrant area in Ben Yehuda and walking distance to everything. The self-check in system was also sooo smooth and the TOV admin/staff was very easy and efficient with communicating with us.
We stayed for 2 nights and we wished there was still available rooms to extend — this is how good and relaxed our stay was.
My wife wished that the A/C unit in the room they have given us is not directly in front of the bed as she couldn’t stand with air blowing in our faces but this is just a little thing that hopefully the hotel would consider if they ever upgrade their interior layout, nonetheless, the AC serves its purpose. Another thing that we felt could have been more transparent was that we booked a Standard Double or Twin Room with Garden View however the room that was given to us have no view at all and barely no outside light goes through it. Booking.com or maybe the hotel should not give this kind of room description if the room is not as it is.

The staff were very accommodating. There was a small issue with our room when we arrived and they immediately upgraded us to a new and better room. A great hotel which is only 10 minutes walk to the Old City. Great location. Very safe for tourists.

This hotel was centrally located and easy to find. Great place and very comfortable. Will definitely return.

Good location, comfortable bed, friendly one man staff
The electronic code to the room malfunctioned. I called the service number and he fixed it in 2 minutes

The accommodation was centrally located within walking distance to everything which was great.
The room was not cleaned, the floor was not mopped. The bathroom was very small, if I were a little fatter I wouldn't have been able to sit on the toilet.

The room was really beautiful and clean. The small balcony is another plus. The location is very good between the market and the old city.
The entrance of the building is really dirty. I guess it's not part of the hotel because the entrance to the hotel is only behind the main entrance. But I think the hotels stuff should consider spending 5 minutes a day on cleaning the main entrance area anyway so the first thing you see is not that ugly.
Another (small) thing was that there was only enough coffee powder for one morning even though we stayed two nights.

clean spotless. amazing mattress and pillows. kindness off the management who helped me with a luggage issue. highly recommend
all fine. would have been great to have a bottle of water and some cuttlery

room was clean with new furnishing and had a balcony - tiny bathroom but clean and hot water with all soap amenities . great location walking distance to all sights
the front entrance is full of construction scraps etc not aesthetically pleasing but once you enter the hotel all is super well kept . no reception and contacting the property through booking chat wasn’t efficient

I was allowed to check in early, which was very convenient as my case was very heavy. Despite the instructions that there was no reception desk, the manager seemed to be there a bit, overseeing renovations in the lobby. He communicated quickly and efficiently with the access codes, he was a very pleasant guy.
I was an idiot and put the hotel name in instead of the street address which I walked to for about half an hour with heavy luggage, then a very nice man put me on the no 13 bus and told me to get off at the pharmacy. It was close by

Excellent location in city center.
Clean room.
Hot water in shower.
TV.
Comfortable bed.
Cute balcony.
Air conditioner (for heating).
Only 1 toilet paper roll (had to go search for another one, but found it in the reception desk).
No staff physically there (there’s a number to call, but I wasn’t comfortable calling it at midnight…)

The location was great! Despite the reviews, I must say, we had a good experience, the room was clean. The site looks still under construction/renovation, so that is probably why people have been so hard on the reviews.

The room is not gigantic but it is comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal for immersing yourself in Jerusalem. The staff is very kind. In fact, when I mentioned that I'm shomer shabat and I can't use the key card on shabat, the staff searched for the keys. Initially, they didn't work and then a person offered to wait for me at the entrance all evening. Then, luckily, they found other working keys.
My room didn't have a window to the outside. The window overlooked the staircase and corridor.

Functional, comfortable place to crash at a great price in the happening center of Israel's capitol city. My only choice in Jlem since 2011.
Just this time there was some noisy running water noise. Management is looking into it.

Electrical outlets were few and inaccessible. Refrigerator didn't work and was smelly. No cups for water or coffee.
No one there to help if you're there on the Sabbath. Location was the beat feature.

The room could have definitely been cleaner. There was a microwave oven and a tea kettle plus fridge but no plates and utensils... Towels from the previous guests left hanging on the backside of the door. The room was not fully cleaned prior to our arrival
