We had a great time staying here for our large family get together! The house had plenty of room and was so nice to have so many bathrooms. The pool was the highlight, all of the kids spent every waking moment in the pool:) it was easy to get ahold of the Elite team, Amber was very prompt to respond to our questions/concerns. Wonderful stay for a large group with plenty to do for young and old. We had a great family reunion.

We have used this property before and loved it and this time they had fun upgrades with the mini golf and ping pong and other things that really made it even more fun this time around! If there was anything we needed to reach out about, the property managers were great and reaponded right away! Our large family reunion group fits perfectly and we always have a great time!

Pool was great but you MUST let the property management know within 48 hours notice. We knew we had to pay but the welcome email stated that the pool is not heated June through September making it seem like the pool is heated otherwise. It wasn't until we read the binder at the home that we learned we had to let them know ahead of time. My group was also surprised by the cheap toilet paper for such a nice home. We suggest bringing your own. We went through 24 of our own rolls for 4 nights. The gym attached to the guest casita was soooo nice for all of our workshops and our glow in the dark dance party. We loved the lights of the hot tub and there was plenty of room in the kitchen to eat and prep. All of the couches/ futons that are hide-a-beds are extremely uncomfortable and one was broken when we got there. We highly recommend not counting those as beds when you are planning for a large group. The bunk beds are great for kids but for adults they were not ideal as some guests hit their heads just sitting up in the morning. The house pictures don't show it but there are a set of stairs from the upper level balcony down to the pool so that was a nice surprise. There was plenty of parking, we could adjust the temps just fine, and overall it was a great stay. We had to rent chairs for our group in order to hold our workshops in the gym. We recommend using Legacy Events for the chair rental. They were awesome.

Beautiful property and house. Ample appliances for a large group. Property manager could not have been more helpful and very prompt in replying to questions. I have one suggestion. Need metal ladders on pool to allow for easier access and exit. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Dates June 9th-16th 2022. AMAZING AMAZING house for hosting our group of 18. The grandparents stayed in the casita. The house was VERY clean upon arrival. The welcome manual in the house had contact phone number and wifi password typed incorrectly so needed some creative figuring out to reach Amber. She then gave her direct phone number and always answered promptly. There was fun for all ages and more than spacious room sizes, especially the kitchen space. So much seating for eating. We had the TWO dishwashers going frequently as we ate most meals at the house. The appliances and TV’s are very high tech so would have been nice to have the operating manuals available. Also 2 washers/dryers and another in casita made doing laundry very convenient. Thankful for the shampoo, conditioner, shower, hand and laundry soap, closet space w hangers, laundry baskets and many more supplies. Kitchen was well stocked. Would have been nice to have some basic pens, paper, scissors, tape, games, deck of cards etc. Perhaps a large portable cooler available too. The air conditioned sport court got lots of use as did the bean bags and ping pong table. Some paddles need to be replaced. Bluetooth speakers in sport court and pool area would have been a bonus. Outdoor tables need umbrellas so could be used during the day; need higher quality floaties for the pool, most were broken. Pool was not clean but improved after an emergency cleaning. The skimmers did not work which would have helped keep the pool cleaner. It got so much use on those very hot afternoons/days/evenings. Master bedroom window creaked horribly on windy days/nights. Blender in main kitchen was broken but used the casita one. Locks on main house upstairs doors and casita door needed batteries replaced to work properly. Overall it was a great location for our itinerary and I would HIGHLY recommend this premiere rental!
