We loved this place and the location. Perfect for a small family with young children. Walking distance to food and little shops. Hosts are wonderful. They were easy to contact and responded quickly. They even set out a treasure hunt for my daughter! We would definitely go back!

This getaway was exactly what we needed . The spot is gorgeous, they provided everything we needed . Absolutely beautiful view . The property was very clean and polished . Super modern looking . We absolutely LOVED this spot . Will be trying to go again next year !

Ideal location, size, amenities and condition for our annual girls weekend. Weather was cold and windy but we made the best of it because we could still see the water right from the living room. Can’t wait to go back next time later in summer months.

This was our second stay at the beach house and it was just as amazing as our first visit. The location is incredible, the little private beach area is perfect to enjoy when the beach is busy, and the house itself has everything you need (including impeccable views). There’s absolutely nothing I could complain about - we look forward to our next visit!

This is the best rental on Plum Island. Everything is within a minute walk and the unit is both private but also steps from the beach. Already booked for a longer stay next year

Amazing location- you are literally in the dunes when you exit the house! Very well equipped home- two good sized bed rooms and smartly designed living space. We went during the winter and found the home to be cozy. Highly recommended!

I stayed at this property Dec 21 - Dec 27 of 2022. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this little oasis. The space is very cozy and welcoming. The views were spectacular, worth every dollar. Rob is terrific, he kept in contact with me especially during a storm that was impacting us. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Rob!

We loved staying at the house. It was cozy but the location was awesome! Our family bonded and walked on beach everyday and watched multiple sunrises! Will definitely come back.

What a great little place! Very cozy and comfy and the views can’t be beat. We loved reading on the couch and taking long walks on the beach. Had a big storm one day and the crashing waves were awesome!

Owner was responsive and let us arrive early!

We enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend on Plum Island! The place was great - we have two young kids and being so close to the water was incredible; anything we needed at the house was steps away. The ice cream downstairs was a bit hit too! We would love to return in the future.

We were looking for a location that had a view of the ocean from indoors and easy access to the beach.Thiswas the most perfect for both! Mr.Rob has a great eye for detail. Also very thoughtful in leaving complementary treats for his guest. The whole experience was perfect! We are definitely planning on coming back next year!!

Could not beat this location! Very comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen for cooking in, plenty of seating areas to enjoy the ocean from indoors and out. Responsive and helpful owner who was very welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Property is literally right on the beach as advertised and it is amazing. The house was clean with beautiful views and has everything you need. Restaurants and convenience stores are in walking distance for anything you could possibly need. We would definitely rent from this place again.

This is the best location for sunrises, access to the beach and just amazing views all day. The house was clean and had everything that was needed with a few extras. Plum island is quiet, yet there are a few good places to eat out and have some fun.

This was our second summer in a row staying here and if possible, we loved it even more! The hosts really have thought of everything you might need during your stay. This cozy spot really is a piece of paradise. We hope to return here again sooner than later!

Great views, great beach, walking distance to many markets and restaurants. Ideal location. The beach was very busy over the weekend but much less populated during the week. We enjoyed it so much, we booked for next year before we left.

I stayed here with my wife, son, his wife and to young grandchildren. The place is small but had plenty of room for us. It was clean and you step off the deck right onto the beach, you can't get any closer to the beach.

Clean place, amazing location and beautiful views. Open the front door and we’re literally on the beach. Short walk to shops and restaurants too. Such a fun place.

Communication with Rob was great and he seemed open to recommendations. Great beach location! View is outstanding. AC in each bedroom and LR a plus. House has plenty of beach and lounge chairs and beach umbrellas. Will likely book again.

Well maintained property at the junction of the Plum Island access and the beach. Access was easy and exactly as directions provided. There is tandem parking for two vehicles, which is great as the public lots get crowded pretty fast in the summer. Unit is upstairs apartment over an ice cream shop right on the beach. George, the proprietor of the shop, is friendly and helpful with suggestions for eating out. The ice cream is really good. The two small convenience stores on island have some basics, but for heavier grocery runs there is a Marketplace and a Shaw's about 4-5 miles away. Two bedrooms was more than enough space for us to spread out. Bath has been remodeled with a great shower and there is plenty of hot water. Towels provided. Kitchen has two-drawer refrigerator and separate under-counter freezer. Dishwasher works well. There is a European style washer-dryer combination that handles small loads, so we always had fresh towels and did not have to bring huge wardrobes. Coffee maker handles up to 16 cups and there is also a teakettle. No microwave but we did not miss it. Pans are much nicer than typical VRBO properties but do take a little care with hand washing. Plenty of silverware, plates and utensils for our needs. We didn't use any of the video equipment, but there is TV in the main living room and each bedroom. Living area TV drops into a cabinet so the view is unobstructed out the picture windows. Outside we had our own private beach/terrace or coiuld walk down to the main beach and ocean a few steps away. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas provided, as well as a grill on the deck with a table that seats four. We were there just before schools got out, so the crowds were very light. Downtown Newberryport looked inviting but we didn't get back in our car much once we got settled.

A vacation rental that was so much more than we expected!!! Extremely clean well maintained, and the amenities are exceptional. Rob and Stephanie the hosts were more than accommodating. We hope to make this a yearly tradition, my 8 yr. old grandson loved every second at the Beachfront. Our family was beyond thrilled!!

The property contained everything we needed for a normal house stay. Including dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, bathroom shower gels, even a multi-washer/dryer (we didn't use it) but it was great to know it's new and can be used. We rented it just before memorial day on purpose; so the typical lawn things that are out were minimal. Georgie Porgie's ice cream shop opened the Friday/Saturday we ended our week on and was very convenient if you have children who want ice cream and a snack right on the beach. It seems to quite down alot after 4pm on the beach itself so no worries if you are looking for peace and quiet and don't mind busy for the summer on the beach the area to sit and relax is far enough away from the general public to enjoy. Newer deck, outdoor shower with heated water was a nice plus and was used. Multi ways to exit the home which was convenient if you bring a dog as well. Very open, lots of windows, Modern bathroom/updated. Rob was very responsive to any question/concerns. There's one alarm I reported that needed a new battery which was noted for next rental group. Parking was easy and close to property. I had my parents and myself and then my boyfriend and his 2 kids (11 and 13) come up for a night and was great for all of us to share at once. Very comfortable. feedback on beds: Sofa pullout was very comfortable, pillows were great. King bed a bit high but firm and comfy. 2 Full beds in 2nd bedroom very soft if you like very soft mattresses. Book it you'll be happy you did.
