I like that everything was absolutely pristine and clean on another level. I am a clean freak and have OCD so you definitely met the requirement and I appreciate that in you.

That it was pitch black dark when I got there so it was hard for me to be able to locate where it was that I was supposed to be going. Although I did follow directions. Also, the pathway leading down to the door was covered in ice. If you had somebody who was elderly or any type of handicap that definitely would have been an issue as I had me and my babe carrying lots of stuff on ice which was very unsafe. But next to that you guys scored a 10 in my book.

What breakfast?? Location was ok!

We were disappointed in the fact that when we ran out of toilet paper and asked Alex for some more, he told us that there were two rolls in there already. On one toll we had about a quarter of toilet paper on the roll. The second roll of toilet paper had about 3/4. He basically told us to go and buy some toilet paper for us. As much as we were paying for a night, he-they should've of at least supplied the basics, No blowdryer either in the bathroom. No laundry soap for our clothes. It was hot at night that we had to open the windows and that did not make me feel very secure. Do you have your window opened at night??? You have security cameras everywhere, and i bet some are in your house too! No shampoo or conditioner.. Just because it is 60 degrees outside , does not mean it is 60 degrees inside. The shower curtain was dirty. There were a few loose tiles in the bathroom.

There was more space than a hotel room

There was no toilet paper provided. The towels were hard to find, they weren't in the bathroom they were next to the bed on the side tables. The internet didn't work. There were signs on the walls talking about smoking and making noise that made you feel guilty for renting their basement. It felt rude and like you had to walk on eggshells. I thought I had booked it from Friday night to Friday night and housekeeping came in at 959am to clean and said I was supposed to be out Friday. Explained I thought I was paid for Friday night and then was charged my 100.00 deposit for getting out of the room 2 hours late. I will never book another Airbnb because of this rental.

The privacy, peaceful and quiet

Spacious studio apartment with a very comfy bed, great bathroom, space to spread out. It was nice and clean and comfortable and the perfect place for us on what was a pretty busy weekend (attending our daughter's graduation). In a residential neighborhood full of gorgeous Ponderosa trees, well situated to shop at Trader Joe's and Costco and to dine at the Margarita on Pine. We stayed three nights. Close to the i-25, super easy to get downtown and to various attractions. We were very pleased with the accommodations and would absolutely book again! Just know that it is on the lower level of a house, and while there is plenty of light through normal sized windows, you will hear footsteps, cooking noises, dishwasher etc. from upstairs. It was nice and quiet to sleep, but if you need quiet during the day, you'd probably want to bring earplugs. It was only slightly more than staying in a hotel, with more than double (maybe triple?) the space! Plus laundry facilities.

I liked the property was well decorated and clean

there are a few issues I had with this property. it’s non refundable upfront, there are other fees attached, and then they require you to sign a lease and have a credit card on file. I understand if they have had bad visitors in the past, but it might be too much for you to handle. there were signs everywhere telling you what you couldn’t do, and if that wasn’t enough a rule book. it actually felt uncomfortable, and made me have anxiety and want to leave. I’m really kind of upset with Booking.com for allowing the practices of them hitting you with a 50 dollar cleaning fee after you agreed to the price. it’s insane
