Great room, courteous staff and central location in Bangalore. Sorbina was efficient, prompt to check in and made sure all requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. Staff was well groomed and room was clean. I was visiting Banglore for an exhibition and couriered some boxes to them in advance, which they happily stored for me.
Wifi would need a login everyday. This was irritating.. ideally, you plug-in Last name and room no and wifi should automatically connect, however, this was not the case. Also, the room doesn't have provision to close with RFID key card. You have to carry the key around if you choose to step out. The locker is small and doesn't fit a laptop.

The location is very close to central part of the city. If you have work in the surrounding areas, this is a good place to stay.
There is no restaurant in the hotel. It is a pricey considering the amenities and the room size. If you are reaching late in the night, the reception staff is not trained.

Please work on the ambiance of the reception area it’s dull and not welcoming at all. Change linen and pillows it’s all stained and have holes. WiFi was horrible. It’s not worth for the amount you guys charge for the rooms.
