Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay away from the noisy Chora (Mykonos town). It was just ok but nothing special and, if I had a choice, I probably wouldn't stay there again.
Here are the things I liked about Manoula's based on our stay in late September (end of the high season):
- friendly and helpful reception staff and cleaning ladies
- overall pretty design and architecture of the hotel complex
- plenty of sun loungers around the pool and a small private beach if you want to sunbathe by the sea
- nice restaurant Kalon by the beach and reasonably priced Vasilikos if you need dining options
- free parking space in case you want to rent a car
- bus stop to Chora is right outside the hotel gates
- lovely views from a sea-view room
- big roomy shower with nice toiletries
Regarding a few improvements and things we didn't like, they are:
- it was a bit worn out inside the room, with light bulbs hanging down, cracks on the walls and ceiling
- I thought some of the bar/breakfast room staff were a bit lazy and more preoccupied with checking out female guests rather than monitoring food stations and cleaning and serving tables ahead of guests arriving
- breakfast choices were inconsistent: some days there were more and some days less. Like some reviewers already said, breakfast food was very basic, which is fine, but I thought the quality was poor and not fresh. The spanakopita, a flaky dough pie, was dry and hard, some of the grilled veggies were tasteless, and fruit like melon tasted spoilt, which is very disappointing given how delicious Greek food is. Also, if you show up after 10am (breakfast is served until 11am) and some dishes are finished, they won't be replenished them so you are left with fewer choices.

Beautiful setting right by the sea. Far enough away from the busy parts but only a short 15 min ride by bus into Mykonos Town. Loved the pool scene and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially all the bar team. Have to say a special mention should go to the maintenance man who kept everything in order and fixed everything and tidied without being seen. Thank you everyone for making our holiday special.
Nothing we loved it enough to want to come back!!

Beautiful, lovely pool area with a bar and loungers. This property is better than their pictures. Friendly staff. You can take lovely personal photos. Would even be good for a wedding venue. Comfortable beds and modern rooms. They have a restaurant on the beach which you get a 10% discount and loungers on the beach which they charge hotel guests a special rate. We stayed at the hotel most of the time as it was so nice. There is a bus stop outside the gate which takes you straight to the town which costs €2 one way. A lovely restaurant down the road outside main gate called Vasilikos and has the most authentic Greek food and feels like Greek home cooking. Which is a must visit and it’s affordable.
The pool area needs more snacky foods like meze platter ( olives, hummus, pita etc…) also if the pool was open later for night swims. Otherwise everything is perfect.
